【摘要】：人情關(guān)系是現(xiàn)代組織管理中的重要問題。美國自科學(xué)管理思想產(chǎn)生以來，對(duì)人情的認(rèn)識(shí)發(fā)生過兩次重大轉(zhuǎn)變，在保持其管理理性特色的同時(shí)，，越來越重視人情，力求將管理的理性面與非理性面有機(jī)地結(jié)合志來。中國由于與美國的文化背景不同，人情主義管理已成為傳統(tǒng)，其合理方面應(yīng)該繼承，其消極方面也必須消除。借鑒美國科學(xué)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，改造中國管理傳統(tǒng)，已成為中國現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)中的迫切需要
[Abstract]:The relationship between human and human is an important issue in the management of modern organization. Since the generation of scientific management thoughts in the United States, the understanding of the human being has changed two major changes, while maintaining the rational characteristics of its management, it has paid more and more attention to the human being, and strives to organically combine the rational face and the non-rational face of the management. Because of the different cultural background of China and the United States, the management of human being has become the tradition, its reasonable aspects should be inherited, and its negative aspects must also be eliminated.
