【摘要】：有效績效很大程度上依賴于團隊的構(gòu)成以及對績效目標至關(guān)重要的人力資源的尋找,獲得這些具有團隊所需的專業(yè)人才是項目管理者的首要目標。團隊成員包括管理者、技術(shù)支持者、經(jīng)理主管人員、管理員、銷售員、維護人員和其他的以組織為基礎(chǔ)的人力資源,這些對于完成互助的虛擬項目團隊績效目標十分關(guān)鍵。
[Abstract]:Effective performance depends largely on the composition of the team and the search of human resources that are critical to the performance goals. Obtaining these professionals who are needed by the team is the primary goal of the project manager. Team members include managers, technical backers, managers, supervisors, administrators, salespeople, maintainers, and other organization-based human resources that are critical to achieving the performance goals of a virtual project team.
