【摘要】：管理研究方法論對(duì)于管理學(xué)科發(fā)展意義重大。本文針對(duì)管理學(xué)科問題研究方法多元化選擇的現(xiàn)象,從研究者思維這一角度切入,結(jié)合前人研究成果,從思維態(tài)度、思維路線、思維方法三方面提出研究管理學(xué)科問題的思維邏輯和規(guī)范,以此來提高管理研究方法解決管理學(xué)科問題的效率。
[Abstract]:The methodology of management research is of great significance to the development of management discipline. This paper aims at the phenomenon of diversified choice of research methods in management discipline, from the perspective of researchers' thinking, combining with the previous research results, thinking attitude, thinking route, In order to improve the efficiency of management research methods, this paper puts forward the thinking logic and criterion of studying management discipline problems in three aspects.
