【摘要】：雖然當前管理類大學生就業(yè)難的現(xiàn)狀日益嚴重,但具有經(jīng)濟和管理基礎知識的管理類大學生,在創(chuàng)業(yè)能力方面卻具有先天的優(yōu)勢。培養(yǎng)管理類大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)能力,鼓勵他們自主創(chuàng)業(yè),是解決管理類畢業(yè)生就業(yè)難問題的有效途徑之一。從管理類大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)具有現(xiàn)實意義的角度出發(fā),對創(chuàng)業(yè)與創(chuàng)業(yè)能力概念界定的基礎上,探討管理類大學生自主創(chuàng)業(yè)的可行性,分析管理類大學生的自身特點,探討如何提高管理類大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)能力,為其自主創(chuàng)業(yè)提供更廣闊的空間。
[Abstract]:Although the current situation of the difficult employment of management students is becoming more and more serious, the management students with the basic knowledge of economy and management have the innate advantages in their entrepreneurial ability. It is one of the effective ways to solve the difficult problem of the employment of management graduates. On the basis of defining the concept of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship, this paper discusses the feasibility of managing college students independently, analyzes their own characteristics, and probes into how to improve the entrepreneurial ability of management students and provide a broader space for their independent entrepreneurship.
