【摘要】：在組織文化層面分析公共組織由于領(lǐng)導(dǎo)專制作風(fēng)所加重的下屬機(jī)器情結(jié) ,組織對(duì)個(gè)人生活空間的收縮 ,多元利益相關(guān)者對(duì)公共組織角色的不同期待產(chǎn)生的沖突等三個(gè)方面的因素對(duì)組織學(xué)習(xí)形成的障礙 ,是公共組織學(xué)習(xí)中的根本性的障礙
[Abstract]:At the level of organizational culture, this paper analyzes the subordinate machine complex of public organizations, which is aggravated by the autocratic style of leadership, and the contraction of personal living space in public organizations.The obstacles to organizational learning caused by the conflict of the different expectations of multiple stakeholders on the role of public organizations are the fundamental obstacles in public organizational learning.
