【摘要】：正 文書(shū)學(xué)是一門(mén)操作性較強(qiáng)的課程,但由于實(shí)際教學(xué)條件的限制,大部分文書(shū)學(xué)課程只能限于課堂書(shū)本知識(shí)的傳授,很難讓學(xué)生接觸到現(xiàn)實(shí)中的文書(shū)工作。這種純書(shū)本式的教學(xué)模式往往會(huì)限制學(xué)生的動(dòng)手能力和發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題、解決問(wèn)題的能力,并在一定程度上削弱了學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。為了彌補(bǔ)這種純理論教學(xué)的不足,許多高校文書(shū)學(xué)課程采取了模擬課或?qū)嶒?yàn)課的形式以提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量。前不久,我們中國(guó)人民大學(xué)檔案學(xué)院組織了一次由部分本科生和研究生參加的文書(shū)學(xué)模擬課,將辦公室業(yè)務(wù)“搬進(jìn)”學(xué)生的課堂,收到了很好的效果。
[Abstract]:Positive clerical study is a highly operational course, but due to the limitations of actual teaching conditions, most of the clerical courses can only be limited to the teaching of book knowledge in the classroom. It is very difficult for students to get into contact with the real paperwork. This kind of pure book teaching mode often limits the students' practical ability and ability to find problems and solve problems. In order to make up for the deficiency of pure theory teaching, many university clerical courses take the form of simulated or experimental courses to improve the quality of teaching. The Archives School of Renmin University of China has organized a clerical simulation course attended by some undergraduates and graduate students. The office business has been "moved" into the students' classroom, and the results have been very good.
