【摘要】：隨著歷史車輪的滾滾向前，，企業(yè)信息化已是大勢(shì)所趨，ERP系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)成為我國各企業(yè)的迫切需求。然而，ERP工程的高失敗率卻令廣大企業(yè)望而卻步。本文以管理咨詢業(yè)的視角，指出我國企業(yè)ERP系統(tǒng)建設(shè)失敗有技術(shù)、管理、項(xiàng)目實(shí)施三個(gè)方面的原因。在管理和項(xiàng)目實(shí)施方面我國與國外相比暴露出很多問題，如企業(yè)管理體制不成熟、ERP項(xiàng)目實(shí)施不科學(xué)等，管理咨詢公司的參與有助于我國企業(yè)ERP系統(tǒng)建設(shè)成功率的提高。本文詳細(xì)分析了面向我國企業(yè)的ERP管理咨詢服務(wù)的內(nèi)容，將其劃分為四個(gè)階段，闡述了每個(gè)階段的業(yè)務(wù)重點(diǎn)，并用案例分析的方法加以驗(yàn)證，還提出管理咨詢公司在這四個(gè)階段都應(yīng)注意的事項(xiàng)。隨后，本文分析了面向我國企業(yè)的ERP管理咨詢對(duì)管理咨詢公司和管理咨詢顧問的要求。最后，本文在分析了我國目前ERP管理咨詢存在的問題的基礎(chǔ)上，從我國政府、我國咨詢協(xié)會(huì)、我國管理咨詢公司三個(gè)層面闡述了促進(jìn)我國ERP管理咨詢發(fā)展的對(duì)策。我國政府主要從政策層面進(jìn)行宏觀調(diào)控，我國咨詢協(xié)會(huì)主要負(fù)責(zé)組織、規(guī)范、宣傳管理咨詢公司和ERP管理咨詢服務(wù)，我國管理咨詢公司則從理論研究、員工培訓(xùn)、案例積累等七個(gè)方面來著力提高咨詢實(shí)力。
[Abstract]:Along with the history wheel rolling forward, the enterprise informationization already is the general trend to construct the ERP system to become our country each enterprise urgent need. The high failure rate of ERP project has deterred many enterprises. From the perspective of management consulting industry, this paper points out that the failure of ERP system construction in our country has technology and management. Compared with foreign countries, there are many problems in our country's management and project implementation, such as the immature enterprise management system and the unscientific implementation of ERP project. The participation of management consulting company helps to improve the success rate of ERP system construction in Chinese enterprises. This paper analyzes the content of ERP management consulting service for Chinese enterprises in detail and divides it into four stages. The business focus of each phase is expounded and verified by case analysis, and the issues that should be paid attention to by the management consulting company in these four phases are also put forward. This paper analyzes the requirements of ERP management consulting for Chinese enterprises for management consulting companies and management consulting consultants. Finally, this paper analyzes the existing problems of ERP management consulting in China. From our government, our country consultation association, our country management consulting company three levels elaborated the promotion our country ERP management consultation development countermeasure. Our country government mainly carries on the macroscopic adjustment and control from the policy level. The consulting association of our country is mainly responsible for organizing, standardizing and publicizing the management consulting company and ERP management consulting service, while the management consulting company of our country is in charge of theoretical research and staff training. Case accumulation and other seven aspects to improve the strength of the consultation.
