【摘要】：本文將組織內(nèi)部的各種關(guān)系模擬成委托代理關(guān)系,在引入“樹”的概念基礎上,將組織內(nèi)部的產(chǎn)業(yè)組織看成一棵委托代理樹,并用簡單明了的方法將委托代理樹的大小用數(shù)字刻畫出來,然后對委托代理樹進行修枝,使樹盡可能小,以達到節(jié)省組織成本(內(nèi)部交易成本)、優(yōu)化組織結(jié)構(gòu)的目的。
[Abstract]:In this paper, various relationships within the organization are modeled as principal-agent relationships. On the basis of introducing the concept of "tree", the industrial organization within the organization is regarded as a principal-agent tree. The size of the principal-agent tree is numerically depicted with a simple and clear method, and then pruning the principal-agent tree to make the tree as small as possible in order to save the organization cost (internal transaction cost). The purpose of optimizing the organizational structure.
