【摘要】：目的:促進(jìn)醫(yī)學(xué)院校提高綜合辦學(xué)水平,以利于為衛(wèi)生事業(yè)發(fā)展輸出更多高質(zhì)量人才。方法:選擇我校2011-2014級(jí)所有在校的藥事管理學(xué)、藥學(xué)(營(yíng)銷方向)等7個(gè)非醫(yī)學(xué)類交叉學(xué)科專業(yè)學(xué)生為對(duì)象,就其對(duì)本專業(yè)的滿意度及前景信心情況等進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,并就調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)和分析。結(jié)果:共發(fā)放問卷2 668份,回收有效問卷2 435份,有效回收率為91.27%。一半以上就讀藥事管理學(xué)和藥學(xué)(營(yíng)銷方向)等專業(yè)的受訪學(xué)生是從其他專業(yè)調(diào)劑而來;38.40%(935名)的受訪學(xué)生有轉(zhuǎn)專業(yè)的意愿,最想轉(zhuǎn)的前3位專業(yè)是臨床、護(hù)理、麻醉。分別僅有15.52%(378名)和26.32%(641名)的受訪學(xué)生對(duì)于學(xué)校對(duì)本專業(yè)的重視程度表示滿意和對(duì)本專業(yè)總體感到滿意;藥學(xué)(營(yíng)銷方向)、衛(wèi)生事業(yè)管理專業(yè)受訪學(xué)生對(duì)這兩方面的滿意度最低(均P0.001);隨著年級(jí)的增長(zhǎng),受訪學(xué)生對(duì)各方面的滿意度均有所下降(均P0.001)。受訪學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)熱情方面認(rèn)為自己積極的比例為44.72%(1 089名),而看好本專業(yè)發(fā)展前景的僅占34.25%(834名);衛(wèi)生事業(yè)管理專業(yè)受訪學(xué)生在這兩方面持積極態(tài)度的比例均最低(均P0.001);大一受訪學(xué)生在這兩方面持積極態(tài)度的比例均最高(均P0.001)。另外,希望畢業(yè)后就工作的受訪學(xué)生中對(duì)找工作沒有信心的比例高達(dá)33.65%(491名)。結(jié)論:醫(yī)學(xué)院校中非醫(yī)學(xué)類交叉學(xué)科專業(yè)學(xué)生的滿意度總體較低,前景信心不足,應(yīng)引起辦學(xué)機(jī)構(gòu)的重視。
[Abstract]:Objective: to promote medical colleges and universities to improve the comprehensive level of running schools, in order to export more high quality talents for the development of health care. Methods: seven non-medical students, including pharmaceutical management, pharmacy (marketing direction) and so on, were selected from 2011 to 2014 to investigate their satisfaction with their major and their confidence in the future. And carries on the statistics and the analysis to the survey data. Results: a total of 2 668 questionnaires were sent out and 2 435 valid questionnaires were collected. The effective recovery rate was 91.27%. More than half of the students who studied pharmacy management and pharmacy (marketing direction) were from other majors and 38.40% of them were willing to change their major. The top three majors were clinical, nursing and anesthetic. Only 15.52 (378) and 26.32 (641) students were satisfied with the degree of importance attached to the major and the overall satisfaction of the major. Pharmacy (marketing direction, health management) students' satisfaction with these two aspects was the lowest (P0.001), and with the increase of grade, the satisfaction of all the students was decreased (P0.001). The proportion of students surveyed who considered themselves positive in terms of their enthusiasm for learning was 44.722 / 1089, while only 34.2534 / 834 students were optimistic about the prospect of their major's development, while the students interviewed for health management had the lowest positive attitude in these two areas (P < 0.05). The positive attitude of freshmen in both areas was the highest (both P 0.001). In addition, the proportion of students who wanted to work after graduation had no confidence in finding a job, as high as 33.65 and 491. Conclusion: the satisfaction degree of non-medical interdisciplinary students in medical colleges is low, and the confidence in the future is not enough, which should be paid more attention to by the school-running institutions.
