金融脫媒背景下我國(guó)社區(qū)銀行的發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:我國(guó)的商業(yè)銀行面對(duì)市場(chǎng)的激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)和新技術(shù)的變革,迫切需要找到適合我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行的發(fā)展之路。但是,我國(guó)社區(qū)銀行還處于發(fā)展的初期,沒(méi)有相對(duì)成熟的運(yùn)營(yíng)模式,對(duì)自身定位認(rèn)知不足,在產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)上同質(zhì)化嚴(yán)重,沒(méi)有形成自己的特色。相對(duì)來(lái)說(shuō),美國(guó)社區(qū)銀行模式己經(jīng)相當(dāng)成熟,形成了與美國(guó)大銀行的服務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)和經(jīng)營(yíng)模式相互補(bǔ)充的生態(tài)效應(yīng)。為了更好的推進(jìn)我國(guó)社區(qū)銀行的有序可靠的發(fā)展,以此來(lái)找到適合我國(guó)社區(qū)銀行發(fā)展的措施和合理化建議,必須要借鑒美國(guó)社區(qū)銀行發(fā)展的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)。本文首先從利率市場(chǎng)化的推進(jìn),以及互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融對(duì)社區(qū)銀行的影響等方面入手,對(duì)社區(qū)銀行發(fā)展的動(dòng)因,重點(diǎn)從金融脫媒、社區(qū)銀行、金融脫媒與銀行業(yè)的發(fā)展關(guān)系、金融脫媒對(duì)社區(qū)銀行的影響四個(gè)維度的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究進(jìn)行了概括總結(jié)闡述;其次,分析了我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行開(kāi)展社區(qū)銀行的現(xiàn)狀和主要模式,通過(guò)與美國(guó)富國(guó)銀行的社區(qū)銀行業(yè)務(wù)作對(duì)比,指出我國(guó)社區(qū)銀行在這幾年發(fā)展過(guò)程中暴露出的諸多問(wèn)題,為我國(guó)社區(qū)銀行的發(fā)展指明了方向;最后,選取JN地區(qū)6家己建成的社區(qū)銀行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)作為樣本,從九個(gè)維度對(duì)其經(jīng)營(yíng)模式進(jìn)行具體對(duì)比分析歸納出我國(guó)社區(qū)銀行的基本特征,同時(shí)結(jié)合問(wèn)卷調(diào)查JN地區(qū)客戶對(duì)社區(qū)銀行的想法和需求,從而探索出適合國(guó)內(nèi)社區(qū)銀行發(fā)展參考的可行性對(duì)策與建議:加大社區(qū)銀行的建設(shè)力度、建立健全社區(qū)銀行市場(chǎng)準(zhǔn)入和退出機(jī)制;做透做實(shí)零售業(yè)務(wù);科學(xué)選址;抓好渠道建設(shè)基礎(chǔ);抓好客戶基礎(chǔ);體驗(yàn)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)的策略;加快互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Facing the fierce competition of the market and the change of the new technology, the commercial banks of our country urgently need to find the development road suitable for the commercial banks of our country. However, the community banks of our country are still in the initial stage of development. There is no relatively mature mode of operation, lack of understanding of its own positioning, serious homogenization of products and services, and not forming its own characteristics. Relatively speaking, the American community banking model has been quite mature. In order to promote the orderly and reliable development of the community banks in China, it has formed the ecological effect that complements the service business and the management mode of the big American banks. In order to find suitable measures and reasonable suggestions for the development of community banks in China, we must learn from the successful experience of the development of community banks in the United States. As well as the impact of Internet finance on community banks, the reasons for the development of community banks, focus on financial disintermediation, community banks, financial disintermediation and banking development relationship. The four dimensions of financial disintermediation on community banks are summarized and elaborated. Secondly, the paper analyzes the current situation and main mode of community banking in China's commercial banks, and compares it with the community banking business of Wells Fargo Bank of the United States. It points out that many problems have been exposed in the process of development of community banks in our country in recent years, which points out the direction for the development of community banks in our country. At last, the author selects 6 established community bank outlets in JN area as samples, and summarizes the basic characteristics of Chinese community banks from nine dimensions. At the same time combined with the questionnaire survey JN area customer's thought and the demand to the community bank thus explores the feasible countermeasure and the suggestion which suits the domestic community bank development reference: strengthens the community bank construction dynamics. Establishing and perfecting market access and exit mechanism of community banks; Do the retail business thoroughly; Scientific site selection; Grasp the foundation of channel construction; Do a good job of customer base; Experience marketing strategy; We will speed up the development of Internet finance.
