【摘要】：以土默特右旗電商平臺為研究樣本,從市場風險、建設風險、融資風險、配套風險和營銷風險5個角度提出可能存在的風險,并結合權重排序和專家打分的研究方法做出進一步量化分析。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),該項目雖然有一定風險,但不存在災難性系統(tǒng)風險。因此,從打造電商產業(yè)區(qū)域優(yōu)勢、加強資金管理、助推資本多元化、風險轉移和重視人才培養(yǎng)5個方面提出防范規(guī)避措施。
[Abstract]:Taking Tumert's right Banner E-commerce platform as the research sample, the paper puts forward the possible risks from five angles: market risk, construction risk, financing risk, matching risk and marketing risk. And combined with weight ranking and expert scoring research methods to make further quantitative analysis. The study found that although the project has certain risks, but there is no catastrophic system risk. Therefore, from the building of e-commerce industry regional advantages. To strengthen the fund management, to promote the diversification of capital, to transfer risks and to attach importance to the cultivation of talents, five aspects of prevention and avoidance measures are put forward.
