【摘要】：本文探討了基于認(rèn)知地圖理論的網(wǎng)站改版用戶體驗(yàn)研究方法，利用認(rèn)知地圖理論中的空間幾何模型以及因果節(jié)點(diǎn)模型，對網(wǎng)站界面改版中的實(shí)體變化與邏輯變化兩方面進(jìn)行分析，總結(jié)出網(wǎng)站改版設(shè)計(jì)策略及設(shè)計(jì)流程。 本文在闡述認(rèn)知地圖運(yùn)用于網(wǎng)站界面中的理論鋪墊部分采用層層遞進(jìn)的方式。首先，文章以認(rèn)知的形成為理論基礎(chǔ)，闡述認(rèn)知地圖形成過程；其次，將其理論框架運(yùn)用在實(shí)體網(wǎng)站界面中，得出網(wǎng)站界面認(rèn)知地圖形成過程；之后，利用認(rèn)知地圖構(gòu)成要素包括參與值、有向線段、因果關(guān)系，完成對于網(wǎng)站認(rèn)知地圖的輸出；最后，利用輸出的認(rèn)知地圖完成對于網(wǎng)站邏輯搭建的初探。 在理論準(zhǔn)備完善的情況下，對認(rèn)知地圖運(yùn)用于網(wǎng)站界面改版進(jìn)行實(shí)體分析。首先，對網(wǎng)站實(shí)體界面進(jìn)行模塊劃分，，并搜集若干次改版前后的網(wǎng)站界面素材，總結(jié)出網(wǎng)站界面的改版形態(tài)及其交互改變方式；其次，運(yùn)用眼動儀、文獻(xiàn)查看、訪談等方式對改版形態(tài)及交互改變模式進(jìn)行可行性分析，并且對分析結(jié)果運(yùn)用認(rèn)知地圖的空間幾何模型、因果節(jié)點(diǎn)模型進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)分析；最后，獲得基于用戶“認(rèn)知地圖”的網(wǎng)站改版的相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)策略并提出網(wǎng)站界面改版流程。 本文基于認(rèn)知地圖的空間性及邏輯性特點(diǎn)，對網(wǎng)站進(jìn)行了全新角度的分析，確認(rèn)了網(wǎng)站改版中的空間模型分析方法，及其因果節(jié)點(diǎn)中的穩(wěn)定值。利用以上總結(jié)對網(wǎng)站改版提出了科學(xué)可行的設(shè)計(jì)策略，并且歸納出基于“認(rèn)知地圖”理論的網(wǎng)站改版流程，用以達(dá)到網(wǎng)站改版的用戶體驗(yàn)?zāi)繕?biāo)。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the research method of website revision user experience based on cognitive map theory, using the spatial geometry model and causality node model of cognitive map theory.This paper analyzes the entity change and logic change in the website interface revision, and summarizes the design strategy and design flow of the website revision.In this paper, the cognitive map used in the interface of the theory of the use of layers of progressive approach.First of all, based on the formation of cognition, the paper expounds the forming process of cognitive map; secondly, it applies its theoretical framework to the physical website interface, and obtains the formation process of cognitive map of website interface.The components of cognitive map include participation value, directed line segment, causality, to complete the output of the website cognitive map; finally, the use of the output cognitive map to complete the logical construction of the site.Under the condition of perfect theoretical preparation, the entity analysis of the application of cognitive map in website interface revision is carried out.Interview and other ways to analyze the feasibility of the revised form and interactive change model, and the results of the analysis using the cognitive map of the spatial geometry model, causal node model for systematic analysis; finally,The design strategy of website revision based on user's Cognitive Map is obtained and the process of website interface revision is proposed.Based on the spatial and logical characteristics of cognitive map, this paper analyzes the website from a new angle, and confirms the analysis method of spatial model in the website revision, and the stable value in the causal node.Using the above summary, this paper puts forward a scientific and feasible design strategy for website revision, and induces the website revision process based on the theory of "cognitive map", in order to achieve the user experience goal of website revision.
