社區(qū)警務系統(tǒng)的設計及性能優(yōu)化

【摘要】:隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)行業(yè)的繁榮和計算機技術的不斷發(fā)展,基于Web的應用系統(tǒng)已被廣泛的應用到各行各業(yè),以達到高效辦公、降低成本和提高自身競爭力的目的。社區(qū)警務系統(tǒng)是為衡陽市公安局開發(fā)的一個應用web技術解決社區(qū)民警日常繁雜工作的軟件系統(tǒng)。本系統(tǒng)將多個警用平臺的功能集于一身,并加入方位圖,使得社區(qū)民警對社區(qū)的管理更加的直觀,人口信息、房屋信息與實際的衛(wèi)星地圖相結合,使社區(qū)民警可以對社區(qū)的總體情況了如指掌,為社區(qū)民警的工作提供了便利。然而隨著系統(tǒng)使用時間的增長,人口流動頻繁而導致暫住人口的數(shù)據(jù)量越來越大,使該系統(tǒng)的部分功能面臨著顯著的性能問題。如元素復雜的頁面加載緩慢,人口相關數(shù)據(jù)查詢及警員績效統(tǒng)計功能加載延遲太久甚至失去響應。這些問題不但直接影響警員的工作效率,往往也使警員的工作變得更加復雜和繁瑣,不利于警務工作的更好開展,因此對該系統(tǒng)進行性能優(yōu)化是一份勢必執(zhí)行且具有十分重要意義的工作。 本文首先描述了社區(qū)警務系統(tǒng)的功能組成,主要包括:系統(tǒng)管理、方位圖、人口管理、治安信息、安全防范、社情信息、群眾工作、信息發(fā)布、工作量統(tǒng)計9個子系統(tǒng)。然后著重介紹了系統(tǒng)的設計及其開發(fā)工作。在系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn)過程中,使用迭代開發(fā)模式,通過實地部署并對系統(tǒng)進行監(jiān)控,不斷完善運行中所發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題。對從系統(tǒng)運行中所發(fā)現(xiàn)的性能問題,進行數(shù)據(jù)分析,找到系統(tǒng)的性能瓶頸,并設計相關優(yōu)化方案進行解決,主要應用的優(yōu)化方案有如下幾種: (1)通過數(shù)據(jù)查詢計劃,分析人口模塊查詢sql,建立適當?shù)乃饕,?yōu)化后臺數(shù)據(jù)的查詢效率。 (2)針對社區(qū)警務系統(tǒng)中警務人員操作人口的權限控制特點,提出了基于智能緩存策略的優(yōu)化方法,進而大大提高了警務人員在操作本組織下人口數(shù)據(jù)時的工作效率; (3)通過對警務系統(tǒng)中統(tǒng)計報表類業(yè)務進行分析,,設計一種根據(jù)報表的統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)需求,定制特有的中間結果數(shù)據(jù)暫存結構的方式(通用靈活報表統(tǒng)計方案),來提高報表數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計的效率。 (4)結合系統(tǒng)使用者的常規(guī)特點:往往更關注第一時間瀏覽到查詢結果,而不需要看完全部數(shù)據(jù),進而對目前已有的分頁方案做優(yōu)化,基于定制總數(shù)的策略進一步提高分頁查詢時,數(shù)據(jù)展示的效率。 該系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)持續(xù)穩(wěn)定運行達兩年多時間,大大提高了民警處理社區(qū)警務工作的效率,經(jīng)過一系列優(yōu)化之后,系統(tǒng)性能也滿足了用戶需求。
[Abstract]:With the prosperity of the Internet industry and the continuous development of computer technology, the application system based on Web has been widely used in various industries to achieve efficient office. Community policing system is a software system developed for Hengyang city public security bureau to solve the daily complex work of community police with web technology. This system will use multiple police platforms. The capabilities of. And add the azimuth map, make the community police management of the community more intuitive, population information, housing information and the actual satellite map combination, so that the community police can know the overall situation of the community. It provides convenience for the community police work. However, with the increase of system usage time, the population flow frequently leads to more and more data volume of the temporary resident population. Some of the functions of the system are faced with significant performance problems, such as the slow loading of complex page elements. Population related data query and police performance statistics function load delay or even lost response. These problems not only directly affect the efficiency of police officers, but also make the work of police officers become more complex and cumbersome. It is not conducive to the better development of police work, so the performance optimization of the system is bound to be carried out and has a very important significance. This paper first describes the functional components of the community policing system, including: system management, azimuth map, population management, public security information, security prevention, social information, mass work, information release. 9 subsystems of workload statistics. Then the design and development of the system are introduced. In the implementation of the system, the iterative development model is used to monitor the system through the field deployment. Continuously improve the problems found in the operation. From the performance problems found in the operation of the system, data analysis, find the system performance bottlenecks, and design related optimization solutions. The main application optimization schemes are as follows: 1) through the data query plan, the population module query sql is analyzed, the proper index is established, and the query efficiency of background data is optimized. 2) according to the control characteristics of police personnel's operation population in community policing system, an optimization method based on intelligent cache strategy is proposed. This has greatly improved the efficiency of police personnel in the operation of population data under the Organization; Through the analysis of the statistical report business in the police service system, the author designs a kind of statistical data demand according to the report form. In order to improve the efficiency of report data statistics, the unique intermediate result data temporary storage structure is customized (general flexible report statistics scheme). Combined with the general characteristics of the system users: often pay more attention to the first time browse to the query results, and do not need to see all the data, and then optimize the existing paging scheme. The strategy based on customizing the total number further improves the efficiency of pagination query. The system has been running steadily for more than two years, which greatly improves the efficiency of the police in dealing with the community policing work. After a series of optimization, the system performance also meets the needs of users.
