面向云創(chuàng)新的虛擬設(shè)計(jì)社區(qū)組織構(gòu)建研究

【摘要】:隨著計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,誕生了一種全新的創(chuàng)新模式——云創(chuàng)新模式。工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的創(chuàng)新模式也逐步由封閉式創(chuàng)新向開放式創(chuàng)新的轉(zhuǎn)變,將云創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)模式的網(wǎng)絡(luò)開放性與工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的創(chuàng)新性相結(jié)合,構(gòu)建出一種全新的云創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)平臺(tái),即面向云創(chuàng)新的虛擬設(shè)計(jì)社區(qū)。利用這一開放式云創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)平臺(tái)可以將設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)分散到各個(gè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)云端,再通過(guò)虛擬設(shè)計(jì)社區(qū)將網(wǎng)絡(luò)中分散、自發(fā)、巨大的創(chuàng)新資源整合起來(lái),以達(dá)到優(yōu)化創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)的目的。作為一種能夠開展云創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)活動(dòng)的功能性社區(qū),社區(qū)的組建形式,系統(tǒng)的組織特性以及相應(yīng)的運(yùn)行機(jī)制對(duì)于社區(qū)的創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)功能的完善和社區(qū)自身的發(fā)展有著極大的影響。 本文基于云創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)理論,利用信息技術(shù)構(gòu)建了面向云創(chuàng)新的虛擬設(shè)計(jì)社區(qū),分析了其運(yùn)行服務(wù)模式,并提出了其基本的功能模塊。從系統(tǒng)的內(nèi)部組織特性和外部運(yùn)行機(jī)制兩方面研究了虛擬設(shè)計(jì)社區(qū)的系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部演進(jìn)動(dòng)力和系統(tǒng)的外部激勵(lì)機(jī)制。通過(guò)建立相應(yīng)的分析模型,探討了在虛擬設(shè)計(jì)社區(qū)中開展創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)活動(dòng)的可能存在的主要問(wèn)題,并提出相應(yīng)的解決策略,以推動(dòng)虛擬設(shè)計(jì)社區(qū)的穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。 利用耗散結(jié)構(gòu)理論建立了虛擬設(shè)計(jì)社區(qū)的熵變模型,通過(guò)對(duì)具體案例的分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)虛擬設(shè)計(jì)社區(qū)具有自組織特性,并且分析了其自組織演進(jìn)的動(dòng)力;從協(xié)同學(xué)的角度出發(fā),研究了虛擬設(shè)計(jì)社區(qū)中成員的聯(lián)結(jié)方式,建立了成員參與創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)活動(dòng)的效用函數(shù)和社會(huì)福利函數(shù)模型,通過(guò)分析成員的外部貢獻(xiàn)模型,發(fā)現(xiàn)了虛擬設(shè)計(jì)社區(qū)成員在參與創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)活動(dòng)中存在的主要沖突,并提出了相應(yīng)的解決策略;通過(guò)分析虛擬設(shè)計(jì)社區(qū)中的知識(shí)共享過(guò)程,,提出了虛擬設(shè)計(jì)社區(qū)知識(shí)共享的機(jī)制模型,并利用社會(huì)交換理論分析了知識(shí)共享過(guò)程中的影響因素,并提出了相應(yīng)的策略以促進(jìn)虛擬設(shè)計(jì)社區(qū)中創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)知識(shí)的進(jìn)化,從而推動(dòng)虛擬設(shè)計(jì)社區(qū)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the development of computer technology and Internet technology, a new innovation mode, cloud innovation mode, has been born. The innovation mode of industrial design has gradually changed from closed innovation to open innovation. Combining the network openness of cloud innovation design pattern with the innovation of industrial design, a new cloud innovation design platform is constructed. Using this open cloud innovation design platform, the design tasks can be dispersed to each network cloud, and then the network will be dispersed and spontaneous through the virtual design community. The huge innovative resources are integrated to achieve the purpose of optimizing the innovative design. As a functional community which can carry out cloud innovative design activities, the community forms. The organizational characteristics of the system and the corresponding operating mechanism have great influence on the improvement of the innovative design function of the community and the development of the community itself. Based on the cloud innovation design theory, this paper constructs a virtual design community for cloud innovation by using information technology, and analyzes its running service mode. The basic function modules of the virtual design community are put forward. The internal evolution power of the virtual design community and the external incentive mechanism of the system are studied from the two aspects of the internal organizational characteristics and the external operating mechanism of the system. Model analysis. This paper discusses the possible problems in developing innovative design activities in virtual design community, and puts forward corresponding solutions to promote the steady development of virtual design community. The entropy change model of virtual design community is established by using dissipative structure theory. Through the analysis of specific cases, it is found that virtual design community has the characteristics of self-organization, and the motive force of its self-organization evolution is analyzed. From the point of view of Synergetics, this paper studies the connection mode of the members in the virtual design community, establishes the utility function and the social welfare function model of the members participating in the innovative design activities, and analyzes the external contribution model of the members. The main conflicts of the members of the virtual design community in participating in the innovative design activities are found, and the corresponding solutions are put forward. By analyzing the process of knowledge sharing in virtual design community, the mechanism model of knowledge sharing in virtual design community is put forward, and the influencing factors in the process of knowledge sharing are analyzed by using the theory of social exchange. The corresponding strategies are put forward to promote the evolution of innovative design knowledge in virtual design community and promote the development of virtual design community.
