【摘要】：基于對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理實(shí)踐與研究趨勢(shì)的分析,指出了基于項(xiàng)目的EIRM(企業(yè)集成風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理)信息系統(tǒng)是企業(yè)集成風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的重要研究?jī)?nèi)容,EIRM的目的是要把企業(yè)的所有風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理活動(dòng)符合于企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)及戰(zhàn)略管理活動(dòng),要在企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略指引下制定企業(yè)集成風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理信息系統(tǒng)。研究了在項(xiàng)目管理平臺(tái)上如何構(gòu)建相應(yīng)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理組織,并提出一種新的基于項(xiàng)目的EIRM信息系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the practice and research trend of risk management at home and abroad, it is pointed out that the project-based EIRM (Enterprise Integrated risk Management) information system is an important research content of enterprise integrated risk management. The purpose of EIRM is to accord all the risk management activities of the enterprise with the strategic objectives and strategic management activities of the enterprise, and to formulate the enterprise integrated risk management information system under the guidance of the enterprise strategy. This paper studies how to construct the corresponding risk management organization on the project management platform, and proposes a new EIRM information system based on the project.
