【摘要】：制藥工業(yè)法規(guī)的要求非常嚴(yán)格,其中一個最重要的法規(guī)為藥品生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量管理規(guī)范(GMP:Good Manufacturing Practice)。2015年12月31日,中國所有的制藥企業(yè)都要達(dá)到新版GMP的要求。但改造與新建的項目滿足GMP的要求情況卻不盡人意。資料表明,制藥項目失敗的最重要原因與GMP范圍管理有關(guān)。論文從TD制藥公司的GMP范圍問題出發(fā),同時分析TD公司制藥工程項目存在的主要GMP范圍問題,提出TD公司制藥工程項目范圍管理過程中的GMP的范圍管理問題,同時找到了TD公司制藥工程項目范圍管理中GMP范圍管理問題3方面的成因,在對各因素分析的基礎(chǔ)上找到對策,得出加強項目的前期規(guī)劃,加強施工方的管理,加強需求的控制與變更控制的結(jié)論。并通過項目定位、合理選擇建設(shè)時機、選擇承包方式與承包商、參與施工方的團(tuán)隊建設(shè)、建立GMP小組等,將對策具體化。本論文通過研究分析為TD公司制藥工程項目在進(jìn)行GMP管理時,把GMP范圍管理作為制藥工程項目范圍管理的一個關(guān)鍵點,找到了制藥工程項目GMP范圍管理問題的成因,并提出解決的方法,同時將解決的方法應(yīng)用到TD制藥公司制藥工程項目建設(shè)中,通過工程實例效果分析,為研究提供了有力的支撐。
[Abstract]:The requirements of the pharmaceutical industry regulations are very strict, one of the most important of which is the drug production quality management specification (GMP:Good Manufacturing Practice). December 31, 2015, all pharmaceutical companies in China have to meet the requirements of the new GMP. However, the transformation and new projects to meet the requirements of GMP is not satisfactory. The data show that the most important reason for the failure of pharmaceutical project is related to GMP scope management. Starting from the GMP scope problem of TD Pharmaceutical Company, this paper analyzes the main GMP scope problems existing in TD Pharmaceutical Engineering Project, puts forward the scope Management problem of GMP in the process of TD Pharmaceutical Engineering Project scope Management, finds out the causes of GMP scope Management problem in TD Pharmaceutical Engineering Project scope Management, finds out the countermeasures on the basis of the analysis of various factors, and obtains the preliminary planning of strengthening the project. Strengthen the management of construction, strengthen the control of demand and change control conclusion. Through the project positioning, reasonable selection of construction timing, selection of contracting methods and contractors, participation in the team building of the construction party, the establishment of GMP groups, etc., the countermeasures will be concrete. Through research and analysis, this paper takes GMP scope management as a key point of pharmaceutical engineering project scope management in GMP management of TD pharmaceutical engineering project, finds out the cause of formation of GMP scope management problem of pharmaceutical engineering project, and puts forward the solution method. At the same time, the solution method is applied to the construction of pharmaceutical engineering project of TD Pharmaceutical Company. Through the analysis of the effect of engineering examples, it provides a powerful support for the research.
