【摘要】：虹口區(qū)建筑工程行業(yè)監(jiān)管信息系統(tǒng)面向國家對民用建筑工程領(lǐng)域的運作規(guī)范、安全保障、質(zhì)量保障和企業(yè)資質(zhì)保障等要求,以信息化管理平臺為技術(shù)手段對城市建筑行業(yè)的穩(wěn)健運營提供政府監(jiān)管功能。本文從軟件分析、設(shè)計和實現(xiàn)的角度論述該系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)。論文首先概述該軟件開發(fā)的理論和技術(shù)基礎(chǔ),然后對該系統(tǒng)的需求分析進行了討論,著重分析了其中的企業(yè)資質(zhì)信息管理功能、工程項目報建及竣工信息管理功能、工程安全及質(zhì)量監(jiān)管功能,這三項功能構(gòu)成該系統(tǒng)的主要業(yè)務(wù)需求內(nèi)容。論文接下來敘述虹口區(qū)建筑工程行業(yè)監(jiān)管系統(tǒng)的軟件設(shè)計,分析了該軟件的瀏覽器-服務(wù)器架構(gòu)設(shè)計的理由以及該軟件的架構(gòu)組成,較為詳細地討論了該軟件系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計以及主要事務(wù)處理模塊的內(nèi)部設(shè)計,給出了較為典型的事務(wù)處理流程設(shè)計和相應(yīng)的內(nèi)部數(shù)據(jù)庫表的設(shè)計方案,進而論述該軟件系統(tǒng)的程序?qū)崿F(xiàn)和測試,簡要描述了部分運行實例和測試實例。虹口區(qū)建筑工程行業(yè)監(jiān)管系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)采用微軟公司.NET技術(shù)框架及SQL Server數(shù)據(jù)庫為后臺服務(wù)器進行開發(fā)。目前的上線試運行已經(jīng)趨于穩(wěn)定,較好地實現(xiàn)了預(yù)期的開發(fā)目標(biāo),特別是對行業(yè)質(zhì)量與安全監(jiān)管顯著提高了效率和信息的準(zhǔn)確性與及時性,為公共工程的規(guī)范化管理提供了可靠的保障。
[Abstract]:The regulatory information system of construction engineering industry in Hongkou District is facing the requirements of national operation specification, safety assurance, quality assurance and enterprise qualification guarantee in the field of civil construction engineering. The information management platform is used as the technical means to provide government supervision function for the steady operation of urban construction industry. This paper discusses the development of the system from the point of view of software analysis, design and implementation. This paper first summarizes the theoretical and technical basis of the software development, and then discusses the requirements of the system, focusing on the enterprise qualification information management function, engineering project construction and completion information management function, engineering safety and quality supervision functions, which constitute the main business requirements of the system. Next, the paper describes the software design of Hongkou District Construction Engineering Industry Supervision system, analyzes the reasons for the browser-server architecture design of the software and the composition of the software architecture, discusses in detail the database design of the software system and the internal design of the main transaction processing modules, and gives a more typical transaction processing flow design and the corresponding internal database table design scheme. Furthermore, the program implementation and test of the software system are discussed, and some running examples and test examples are briefly described. The development of construction engineering industry supervision system in Hongkou District is developed by using Microsoft. Net technical framework and SQL Server database as the background server. At present, the online trial operation has tended to be stable, which has achieved the expected development goals, especially the supervision of industry quality and safety has significantly improved the efficiency and the accuracy and timeliness of information, and provided a reliable guarantee for the standardized management of public works.
