基于系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)的線路提速改造施工質(zhì)量風(fēng)險控制研究
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the reconstruction projects of existing railway lines at home and abroad have the characteristics of large construction volume, large number of projects, tight construction period, long points and multiple lines, and so on. In addition, the construction process of subgrade, bridge and culvert, station yard and track will have a certain impact on the operation of the existing railway line, the construction interference is great, and the contradiction between construction and driving is more prominent. Ensuring the construction quality and operation safety is always a major difficulty in the speed-up transformation of the existing railway line, and has become a topic worthy of study. Based on the detailed analysis of the risk management of track engineering, subgrade engineering, bridge and tunnel engineering and so on in the process of railway construction at home and abroad, and taking the construction quality risk management of speed-raising transformation of Wujia Line as the research object, this paper analyzes the problems such as time limit, safety, quality, cost, environmental protection and so on, analyzes the causes of the problems, and formulates the corresponding countermeasures to continuously improve the quality of the project. To ensure the effective implementation of the speed-raising and reconstruction project of the existing railway lines in our country. By studying the development and present situation of quality risk management in railway construction at home and abroad, this paper points out the problems existing in the traditional engineering quality risk management, analyzes on the risk factors of quality management in the construction of speed-raising transformation by using the method of system dynamics, and draws out the causality feedback loop in the construction process, so as to control the quality of the project, in order to form an effective way of risk management. To provide reference value for the speed-up transformation project of the existing railway line. Through the research of this paper, this paper establishes and perfects the risk management system of the speed-raising and reconstruction project of the existing railway line by using the new concept and new method, analyzes a series of problems in the construction process of the speed-raising transformation of the existing railway line from the systematic point of view, and plays a positive role in looking at the quality risk of the engineering construction project from the overall point of view. From the overall point of view, it is of certain research value for managers to look at and control the coordinated construction quality, strengthen the identification of safety construction risk, and accurately grasp the safety risk management. From the source, the construction safety risk is controlled, and the effective risk management method is put forward to minimize the risk influence. In addition, the use of system dynamics method to analyze and deal with is a new attempt, but also a breakthrough, and has achieved some results in the actual construction site.
