【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)的日新月異的發(fā)展,科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷進(jìn)步,計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用、網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)發(fā)展迅速,信息管理系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)滲透到各級(jí)政府、各大企業(yè)的管理活動(dòng)當(dāng)中。信息管理系統(tǒng)是越來越多的被我國政府部門和各個(gè)企業(yè)用來實(shí)現(xiàn)信息化建設(shè)。隨著電子計(jì)算機(jī)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的的發(fā)展,軟件系統(tǒng)開發(fā)越來越傾向于網(wǎng)絡(luò)程序設(shè)計(jì),它具有使用方便、資源共享、系統(tǒng)升級(jí)方便、安裝快捷、操作簡(jiǎn)單等特點(diǎn)。與此同時(shí),育齡婦女管理工作信息化是時(shí)代發(fā)展的要求,也是由原先的人工管理方式向信息化管理方式轉(zhuǎn)變的進(jìn)步。傳統(tǒng)的靠手寫記錄和紙質(zhì)文檔保存的方式,工作效率低、保存時(shí)間短、工作任務(wù)量大等缺點(diǎn),也決定了利用計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)程序設(shè)計(jì)方式構(gòu)建育齡婦女信息管理系統(tǒng)的研究與開發(fā),可以更新現(xiàn)有的技術(shù)手段,有效提高育齡婦女管理工作水平。論文首先分析了系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的研究背景和研究意義,并在概述了國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究狀況的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合壽光市育齡婦女信息管理的實(shí)際需求,研究開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)了壽光市育齡婦女信息管理系統(tǒng)。本系統(tǒng)包括了育齡婦女的婚姻、孕產(chǎn)、避孕、社會(huì)撫養(yǎng)費(fèi)征收、生育審批等功能。目前,該系統(tǒng)已在壽光市得到推廣應(yīng)用,有效的減輕了基層工作人員負(fù)擔(dān)、提高了工作效率,同時(shí)還為各級(jí)黨委、政府、各有關(guān)部門決策提供了準(zhǔn)確的數(shù)據(jù),收到了良好的反饋。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of society, the continuous progress of science and technology, the rapid development of computer application and network technology, the information management system has penetrated into the management activities of governments at all levels and major enterprises. Information management system is more and more used by Chinese government departments and enterprises to achieve information construction. With the development of computer and network technology, software system development is more and more inclined to network programming. It has the characteristics of convenient use, resource sharing, convenient system upgrade, fast installation, simple operation and so on. At the same time, the informationization of management work for women of childbearing age is the requirement of the development of the times, and it is also the progress of the transformation from the original manual management mode to the information management mode. The traditional way of saving handwritten records and paper documents has some shortcomings, such as low working efficiency, short preservation time and large number of work tasks, which also determines the research and development of information management system for women of childbearing age by using computer network programming. It can update the existing technical means and effectively improve the management level of women of childbearing age. Firstly, the paper analyzes the research background and significance of system development, and on the basis of summarizing the relevant research situation at home and abroad, combined with the actual needs of information management of women of childbearing age in Shouguang City. The information management system of childbearing age women in Shouguang City was developed and designed. The system includes marriage, pregnancy, birth control, social support collection, fertility examination and approval of women of childbearing age. At present, the system has been popularized and applied in Shouguang City, which has effectively reduced the burden on grass-roots staff and improved work efficiency. At the same time, it has also provided accurate data for the decision-making of party committees, governments, and relevant departments at all levels. Good feedback was received.
