【摘要】：20世紀(jì)80年代,云南省魯布革水電工程率先引進(jìn)現(xiàn)代項(xiàng)目管理,取得了巨大成功。1987年,國務(wù)院號(hào)召推廣魯布革經(jīng)驗(yàn),極大地推進(jìn)了我國基本建設(shè)管理體制的改革。結(jié)合對(duì)魯布革項(xiàng)目管理全過程和國外項(xiàng)目管理學(xué)科的研究,從項(xiàng)目管理學(xué)科的角度,從項(xiàng)目的整合管理、項(xiàng)目管理的組織形式和項(xiàng)目管理的工作價(jià)值觀等三個(gè)方面,對(duì)魯布革項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行再思考,在一定程度上賦予了“魯布革經(jīng)驗(yàn)”新的含義。
[Abstract]:In the 1980s, Lubuge Hydropower Project in Yunnan Province was the first to introduce modern project management, and achieved great success. In 1987, the State Council called for the promotion of Lubuge's experience and greatly promoted the reform of the management system of capital construction in China. Combined with the research on the whole process of Lubuge project management and the subject of project management abroad, from the point of view of the subject of project management, from the integration management of the project, the organizational form of the project management and the work values of the project management, Rethinking the management experience of Lubuge project gives a new meaning to Lubuge experience to a certain extent.
