【摘要】：隨著對(duì)外水泥廠建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的日益增多,水泥廠建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的管理也越來(lái)越受到項(xiàng)目承包商的重視。本文以中東某國(guó)的水泥廠項(xiàng)目為背景,分析和探討了項(xiàng)目總承包商在設(shè)計(jì)管理過(guò)程中的常見(jiàn)問(wèn)題。設(shè)計(jì)階段是國(guó)際EPC(設(shè)計(jì)、采購(gòu)、施工)總承包項(xiàng)目實(shí)施的一個(gè)重要階段,對(duì)外水泥廠建設(shè)項(xiàng)目中的設(shè)計(jì)管理在整個(gè)項(xiàng)目管理過(guò)程中占有重要地位,設(shè)計(jì)管理的效果決定了整個(gè)項(xiàng)目的成敗。本文通過(guò)對(duì)實(shí)際案例設(shè)計(jì)管理過(guò)程中主要問(wèn)題的分析為同類項(xiàng)目的國(guó)際工程總承包管理提供借鑒和參考。
[Abstract]:With the increasing of cement plant construction projects, the management of cement plant construction projects has been paid more and more attention by project contractors. Based on the project of a cement plant in the Middle East, this paper analyzes and discusses the common problems in the process of design and management of the general contractor of the project. The design stage is an important stage in the implementation of the international EPC (Design, Procurement, Construction) general contracting project. The design management in the construction project of the external cement plant occupies an important position in the whole project management process. The effect of design management determines the success or failure of the whole project. Through the analysis of the main problems in the process of case design management, this paper provides reference and reference for the international project general contracting management of the same kind of projects.
