【摘要】：計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)時期，我國在國外承擔(dān)的工程都局限于經(jīng)濟(jì)援助項(xiàng)目。執(zhí)行改革開放政策以來，我國工程界進(jìn)入國際競爭市場，，公路、鐵路、橋梁、水利、建筑等工程項(xiàng)目的投標(biāo)承包工程遍布世界許多國家。我國施工單位承包的工程基本上都在經(jīng)濟(jì)欠發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)．這些國家的社會、文化等多方面與我國有許多不同。根據(jù)自身參加國外工程項(xiàng)目管理的體會，就項(xiàng)目所處環(huán)境、施工組織機(jī)構(gòu)、人員管理和技術(shù)管理幾個方面介紹一些國外項(xiàng)目與國內(nèi)項(xiàng)目管理的不同特點(diǎn)。僅供同行參考。
[Abstract]:During the planned economy period, the projects undertaken by our country abroad are limited to economic aid projects. Since the implementation of the policy of reform and opening up, China's engineering industry has entered the international competitive market, roads, railways, bridges, water conservancy, construction and other engineering projects in many countries. The projects contracted by construction units in our country are basically in underdeveloped areas, and the social and cultural aspects of these countries are different from those of our country. According to the experience of participating in foreign project management, this paper introduces the different characteristics of foreign project management and domestic project management from the aspects of project environment, construction organization, personnel management and technical management.
