電力行業(yè)基建信息化管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:大型電廠的建設(shè)期,具有參與項(xiàng)目人員多、項(xiàng)目周期長(zhǎng)等特點(diǎn)。在工程施工期間,項(xiàng)目投資、財(cái)務(wù)交易種類繁多,以上這些情況導(dǎo)致了這個(gè)階段會(huì)產(chǎn)生大量復(fù)雜重要的業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)。 電力行業(yè)基建信息化管理系統(tǒng)依托于前沿的計(jì)算機(jī)信息技術(shù),將多種基建業(yè)務(wù)信息進(jìn)行集成,并對(duì)該業(yè)務(wù)信息進(jìn)行加工和透明處理,提供給建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目管理人員一個(gè)良好的信息管理平臺(tái),為基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施項(xiàng)目的決策者得到豐富、準(zhǔn)確的決策信息。 本課題以國(guó)華北京高安屯電廠二期項(xiàng)目為背景,研究工作的主要特點(diǎn)包括: (1)詳細(xì)地分析了系統(tǒng)的功能性和非功能需求,將電力行業(yè)基建信息化管理系統(tǒng)建設(shè)劃分為五個(gè)子系統(tǒng)。 (2)采用應(yīng)用企業(yè)級(jí)J2EE的MVC架構(gòu)。基于J2EE分層架構(gòu)思想,集成Struts+Spring+Hibernate框架,將系統(tǒng)分為四層;并對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)和安全性設(shè)計(jì)。 (3)分別使用JBPM工作流技術(shù)和JasperReports開(kāi)源報(bào)表技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)了施工月報(bào)模塊;以FreeMarker模板引擎實(shí)現(xiàn)了自動(dòng)生成招投標(biāo)模塊前臺(tái)js和后臺(tái)Java程序;基于Apache的CXF的WebService技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)了電力行業(yè)基建信息化管理系統(tǒng)與第三方財(cái)務(wù)系統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)的接收和發(fā)送;利用Lucene引擎完成了文檔的分類、歸集管理,對(duì)文檔信息內(nèi)容提供全文查詢。 電力行業(yè)基建信息化管理系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了企業(yè)資源配置的最優(yōu)化,固化業(yè)務(wù)口與物資、財(cái)務(wù)口數(shù)據(jù),確保數(shù)據(jù)的一致性,大大減少業(yè)務(wù)人員在基建工程中帳務(wù)處理的工作量,提供成本的統(tǒng)計(jì)與分析,為公司資產(chǎn)保值增值恪盡職守,為管理品質(zhì)提高勤勉盡責(zé)。
[Abstract]:Large-scale power plant construction period, with the participation of more project personnel, long project cycle and so on. During the construction of the project, there are many kinds of investment and financial transactions, which lead to the production of a large number of complex and important business data. Based on the advanced computer information technology, the power industry infrastructure information management system integrates various construction business information, and processes the business information transparently. It provides a good information management platform for the construction project managers and provides rich and accurate decision information for the decision makers of infrastructure projects. Based on the second phase project of Guohua Beijing Gaoantun Power Plant, the main characteristics of the research include: (1) the functional and non-functional requirements of the system are analyzed in detail. This paper divides the construction of power industry infrastructure information management system into five subsystems. (2) adopt the MVC architecture of applying enterprise J2EE. Based on the idea of J2EE hierarchical architecture, the system is divided into four layers by integrating Struts Spring Hibernate framework, and the database and security of the system are designed. (3) the construction monthly report module is realized by using JBPM workflow technology and JasperReports open source report technology, and the front stage js and backstage Java program are realized by FreeMarker template engine. The WebService technology of CXF based on Apache realizes the receiving and sending of business data between the information management system of power industry capital construction and the third party financial system. The Lucene engine is used to complete the document classification and collection management, and provide the full text query for the document information content. The information management system of electric power industry capital construction realizes the optimization of enterprise resource allocation, solidifies the data of business port, material and financial mouth, ensures the consistency of data, and greatly reduces the workload of account handling in the capital construction project. Provide cost statistics and analysis to fulfill the duties of maintaining and increasing the value of the company's assets, and to improve the quality of management.
