DWN直流工程項目監(jiān)理的現(xiàn)存問題與對策研究

【摘要】:我國電力系統(tǒng)正在迅猛發(fā)展,監(jiān)督管理和項目管理對電力工程起到極其重要的作用,電力工程應結合工程監(jiān)理和項目管理,更好地實現(xiàn)項目管理過程的控制.因此,本文分析了電力工程監(jiān)理與項目管理之間的聯(lián)系,論述了當前實施電力工程監(jiān)理和項目管理的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題,并提出了一些具體措施和未來的發(fā)展的方向。同時,從項目的組織和管理的角度出發(fā),采取有效的措施對項目進行動態(tài)管理.禁止建設的隨意性,防止盲目建設,保障項目的合法性,科學合理性。工程監(jiān)理是一種對工程建設實施監(jiān)控的專業(yè)化服務活動,作用體現(xiàn)在確保工程建設質量和安全,以及進度和投資的控制,提高工程建設水平,充分發(fā)揮投資效益。XX電力工程監(jiān)理運行及其成效,是衡量一個DWN直流工程監(jiān)理生產運行水平的重要標志,不斷展開項目監(jiān)理管理是關系到企業(yè)生存和發(fā)展的大事。因此,對企業(yè)設項目一定要進行一體化管理的思想、方法、手段教育、知識不斷更新,以適應市場需要。本文首先主要從當前監(jiān)理市場大環(huán)境出發(fā),從研究背景與意義著手,對當前電力監(jiān)管管理現(xiàn)狀、本文研究內容與方法、研究創(chuàng)新點等進行闡述,從背景著手為下文研究提供了背景支撐。闡述了電力工程項目建立管理的基本意義、理論基礎及管理的主要內容,同時從前期階段、項目實施階段階段指出電力工程項目監(jiān)理管理的主要內容。從“DWN直流工程監(jiān)理”項目基本情況入手,對該項目SWOT、項目管理等情況,從而總結得出“DWN直流工程監(jiān)理”項目存在的問題,分別包括質量管理問題、進度問題、安全管理問題、成本管理問題。而后,明確電力工程監(jiān)理的管理現(xiàn)狀及其措施。對“DWN直流工程監(jiān)理”監(jiān)理存在的問題,提出了具體的優(yōu)化與預防對策,主要包括項目前期管理的優(yōu)化、項目實施階段管理問題的優(yōu)化及電力工程項目監(jiān)理后期問題預防對策,最后提出相關保障措施。
[Abstract]:The electric power system of our country is developing rapidly, supervision and management and project management play an extremely important role in the electric power engineering. The electric power engineering should combine the project supervision with the project management to better realize the control of the project management process. Therefore, this paper analyzes the relationship between power engineering supervision and project management, discusses the current situation and existing problems of implementing power engineering supervision and project management, and puts forward some concrete measures and future development directions. At the same time, from the point of view of project organization and management, effective measures are taken to manage the project dynamically. Prohibit the randomness of construction, prevent blind construction, ensure the legitimacy of the project and scientific rationality. Engineering supervision is a kind of professional service activity which can monitor and control engineering construction. Its function is to ensure the quality and safety of engineering construction, to control progress and investment, and to improve the level of engineering construction. The XX electric power project supervision operation and its effect is an important symbol to measure the production operation level of a DWN direct current project supervision, and the continuous development of the project supervision management is a major event related to the survival and development of the enterprise. Therefore, the idea, method and means of integrated management must be carried out in order to meet the needs of the market. This paper starts from the current supervision market environment, starting from the background and significance of the research, the current situation of electric power supervision and management, this paper research content and methods, research innovation points, etc. From the background, it provides the background support for the following research. This paper expounds the basic significance, theoretical basis and main contents of the management of electric power engineering project. At the same time, it points out the main contents of the supervision and management of the electric power engineering project from the earlier stage and the implementation stage of the project. Starting from the basic situation of "DWN DC project supervision" project, this paper sums up the problems existing in "DWN DC project supervision" project, including quality management problem and schedule problem, etc. Safety management issues, cost management issues. Then, the management status and measures of electric power engineering supervision are made clear. To the problems existing in the supervision of "DWN direct current project supervision", the paper puts forward the concrete optimization and prevention countermeasures, mainly including the optimization of the pre-project management, the optimization of the management problem in the project implementation stage and the prevention countermeasures of the problems in the later period of the electric power engineering project supervision. Finally, the relevant safeguard measures are put forward.
