【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)項目管理方法缺乏對項目的宏觀控制,系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)提供了一種自上而下的,從戰(zhàn)略層面描述項目管理系統(tǒng)的方法,與前者相輔相成。在分析了項目管理系統(tǒng)的動態(tài)性、復(fù)雜性和多重反饋機制的基礎(chǔ)上,提出從系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)角度來研究工程項目管理,最后總結(jié)出采用系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)方法研究工程項目管理系統(tǒng)的步驟。
[Abstract]:The traditional project management method lacks macro control of the project, and system dynamics provides a top-down method to describe the project management system from the strategic level, which complements the former. Based on the analysis of the dynamic, complexity and multiple feedback mechanism of the project management system, it is proposed to study the project management from the point of view of system dynamics. Finally, the steps of using system dynamics method to study project management system are summarized.
