【摘要】：近年來(lái),建筑企業(yè)發(fā)展非常迅速,但快速膨脹的市場(chǎng)也暴露出了現(xiàn)階段行業(yè)內(nèi)存在的許多不足,例如成本較高、企業(yè)管理效率低下等問(wèn)題。而這其中信息手段落后、工程參與各方的信息溝通無(wú)法達(dá)到動(dòng)態(tài)共享是造成管理效率低下的重要原因。隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)和信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展,信息化成了建筑企業(yè)發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)和方向。為了提高工作效率及質(zhì)量,規(guī)范工作流程,有必要開(kāi)發(fā)出一個(gè)能進(jìn)行相互溝通、實(shí)現(xiàn)充分的信息交換和相互監(jiān)督的企業(yè)管理信息的交流平臺(tái)。 針對(duì)以上問(wèn)題,論文結(jié)合建筑企業(yè)的特點(diǎn)以及信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,分析了行業(yè)內(nèi)建筑企業(yè)的信息交流模式。通過(guò)對(duì)項(xiàng)目管理信息系統(tǒng)的需求分析,提出了一種以項(xiàng)目管理為核心、集成各參與單位的建筑項(xiàng)目管理信息管理模式,建立了建筑項(xiàng)目管理信息系統(tǒng)的總體框架、體系結(jié)構(gòu)及主要功能模塊。 論文最后在上述思想的指導(dǎo)下,針對(duì)一家建筑企業(yè)的具體需求,進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)和測(cè)試應(yīng)用。在基于WEB技術(shù)、ASP.NET、三層體系結(jié)構(gòu)及ADO.NET數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)訪問(wèn)技術(shù)等技術(shù)的分析比較基礎(chǔ)上,我們?cè)?NET平臺(tái)上完成了建筑項(xiàng)目管理信息系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)工作,系統(tǒng)基本實(shí)現(xiàn)了施工項(xiàng)目各參與單位的信息共享與交流,能完成施工各階段的業(yè)務(wù)處理,并應(yīng)用到企業(yè)實(shí)際工作中。通過(guò)實(shí)際應(yīng)用表明,系統(tǒng)在一定程度上提高了工作效率,降低了成本,并獲得了用戶(hù)的好評(píng)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, construction enterprises have developed very rapidly, but the rapidly expanding market has also exposed many shortcomings in the industry at present, such as high cost, low efficiency of enterprise management and so on. Among them, the information means is backward, and the information communication of all parties involved in the project can not achieve the dynamic sharing is the important reason for the low efficiency of management. With the development of network technology and information technology, informatization has become the trend and direction of construction enterprises. In order to improve the working efficiency and quality and standardize the work flow, it is necessary to develop an exchange platform of enterprise management information which can communicate with each other and realize sufficient information exchange and mutual supervision. In view of the above problems, the paper analyzes the information exchange mode of the construction enterprises in the industry according to the characteristics of the construction enterprises and the development status of information technology. Based on the requirement analysis of the project management information system, this paper puts forward a construction project management information management model with the project management as the core and integrates all the participating units, and establishes the overall framework of the construction project management information system. Architecture and main functional modules. Finally, under the guidance of the above ideas, the system development and test application are carried out according to the specific needs of a construction enterprise. Based on the analysis and comparison of WEB technology, ASP.NET, three-tier architecture and ADO.NET database access technology, we have completed the development of construction project management information system on .NET platform. The system basically realizes the information sharing and communication among the participating units of the construction project, and can complete the business processing of each stage of the construction, and apply it to the actual work of the enterprise. The practical application shows that the system improves the working efficiency, reduces the cost to a certain extent, and gets high praise from the users.
