變頻器制造企業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理成熟度評(píng)價(jià)研究

【摘要】:全球能源消耗呈現(xiàn)爆發(fā)性增長(zhǎng)趨勢(shì),而變頻器在電能的利用過(guò)程中可以大量減少能源消耗,因此變頻器制造企業(yè)應(yīng)電力領(lǐng)域節(jié)能減排的需求而蓬勃發(fā)展起來(lái)。我國(guó)變頻器制造企業(yè)普遍存在對(duì)項(xiàng)目管理技術(shù)與理念重視不足,應(yīng)用低效的情況。因此,通過(guò)對(duì)變頻器制造企業(yè)進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目管理成熟度評(píng)價(jià)研究,從而提升企業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理能力和企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力已經(jīng)成為變頻器制造企業(yè)的當(dāng)務(wù)之急。 本文主要通過(guò)研究分析國(guó)內(nèi)外項(xiàng)目管理成熟度的理論及模型,結(jié)合變頻器制造企業(yè)具體特點(diǎn),提出適合變頻器制造企業(yè)的項(xiàng)目管理成熟度模型,并通過(guò)專家問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的方法確定評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的關(guān)鍵要素及指標(biāo),將層次分析法和信息熵法相結(jié)合,以確定變頻器制造企業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理的指標(biāo)權(quán)重。運(yùn)用基于灰色綜合評(píng)判的項(xiàng)目管理成熟度指標(biāo)分析評(píng)價(jià)方法,并針對(duì)企業(yè)具體案例進(jìn)行實(shí)例分析,對(duì)所提出的項(xiàng)目管理成熟度評(píng)價(jià)模型進(jìn)行應(yīng)用研究。 本研究對(duì)變頻器制造企業(yè)的礦山應(yīng)用多傳動(dòng)變頻調(diào)速系統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目管理實(shí)例分析研究。根據(jù)變頻器制造企業(yè)現(xiàn)況,運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目管理成熟度綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法分析,得出所設(shè)計(jì)的項(xiàng)目管理成熟度模型及評(píng)價(jià)方法符合企業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理實(shí)際情況,可對(duì)變頻器制造企業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理工作進(jìn)行及時(shí)有效的管理和改進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:The global energy consumption shows an explosive increasing trend, and the frequency converter can greatly reduce the energy consumption in the process of power utilization. Therefore, the inverter manufacturing enterprises develop vigorously according to the demand of energy saving and emission reduction in the field of electric power. The inverter manufacturing enterprises in our country pay less attention to the project management technology and concept, and apply low efficiency. Therefore, through the research on the project management maturity evaluation of inverter manufacturing enterprises, it has become an urgent task for inverter manufacturing enterprises to improve their project management ability and core competitiveness. In this paper, the theory and model of project management maturity at home and abroad are studied and analyzed, and the project management maturity model suitable for inverter manufacturing enterprises is put forward according to the specific characteristics of inverter manufacturing enterprises. The key elements and indicators of the evaluation index system are determined by the method of expert questionnaire, and the index weight of the project management of the inverter manufacturing enterprise is determined by combining the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) with the information entropy method. In this paper, the project management maturity index analysis and evaluation method based on grey comprehensive evaluation is used, and the project management maturity evaluation model is applied to the project management maturity evaluation model. In this paper, the project management example of multi-drive variable-frequency speed regulating system in the mine of frequency converter manufacturing enterprise is analyzed and studied. According to the current situation of inverter manufacturing enterprises, the project management maturity model and evaluation method are designed according to the project management maturity comprehensive evaluation method, which is in line with the actual situation of enterprise project management. Frequency converter manufacturing enterprise project management can be timely and effective management and improvement.
