【摘要】：項(xiàng)目管理作為與項(xiàng)目法人責(zé)任制相配套的項(xiàng)目管理模式已在我國的工程建設(shè)中得到廣泛應(yīng)用 ,工程設(shè)計(jì)作為工程建設(shè)的關(guān)鍵階段之一 ,也必須推行項(xiàng)目管理 ,以提高設(shè)計(jì)單位的管理水平和市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力 ,滿足工程建設(shè)的需要 .水利部上�？睖y(cè)設(shè)計(jì)研究院自 1 998年 1月 1日起 ,全面試行工程設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目管理 ,采用項(xiàng)目管理為中心、專業(yè)管理為基礎(chǔ)的矩陣式結(jié)構(gòu)管理模式 ,推行項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理負(fù)責(zé)制 ,進(jìn)行了 1年半時(shí)間的實(shí)踐與探索 ,達(dá)到了預(yù)期的目的 ,為適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的需要邁出了堅(jiān)實(shí)的一步 ,但也存在著一些亟需探索、研究的問題 ,今后將通過不斷總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn) ,并逐步完善 ,為提高水利水電工程設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目管理的水平貢獻(xiàn)一份力量
[Abstract]:Project management has been widely used in our country as a project management mode which is matched with the project legal person responsibility system. As one of the key stages of engineering construction, project management must also be carried out. In order to improve the management level of design units and market competitiveness, to meet the needs of engineering construction. Since January 1, 1998, the Shanghai Survey and Design Research Institute of the Ministry of Water Resources has tried out the project design project management in an all-round way, adopting a matrix structure management model with project management as the center and professional management as the foundation, and carrying out the project manager responsibility system. After one and a half years of practice and exploration, we have achieved the desired goal and taken a solid step forward to meet the needs of market competition. However, there are still some problems that need to be explored and studied. In the future, we will continue to sum up experience and gradually improve the management of water conservancy and hydropower engineering design projects, contributing to the level of water conservancy and hydropower engineering design project management.
