【摘要】：“知識(shí)”時(shí)代已經(jīng)到來(lái),各行各業(yè)的企業(yè)要想在日趨激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中脫穎而出,就必須要對(duì)各自企業(yè)內(nèi)部的核心知識(shí)對(duì)其有效的管理。對(duì)知識(shí)的管理雖然還是一個(gè)較新的理念,但已經(jīng)得到了諸多企業(yè)認(rèn)可,為了很好地完成對(duì)知識(shí)的管理,這些企業(yè)都是通過(guò)知識(shí)管理系統(tǒng)軟件,作為企業(yè)的提高知識(shí)管理效率的工具,從而能夠很好的完成企業(yè)內(nèi)部雜亂知識(shí)的匯總、對(duì)知識(shí)的共享、鼓勵(lì)知識(shí)創(chuàng)新等目標(biāo)。本論文介紹創(chuàng)建一套知識(shí)管理系統(tǒng)的方式方法,并通過(guò)實(shí)際的操作系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用在項(xiàng)目管理公司的知識(shí)管理中。知識(shí)管理系統(tǒng)目的是收集匯總各種知識(shí),讓公司內(nèi)部員工可以通過(guò)本系統(tǒng),很便捷的找到所需要的信息和知識(shí),成為一個(gè)能夠使全體員工都能參與的互動(dòng)平臺(tái)。員工們可以在這個(gè)平臺(tái)上共享自己認(rèn)為有助于提升水平的知識(shí)信息方便大家學(xué)習(xí),而企業(yè)知識(shí)管理員在這個(gè)平臺(tái)上對(duì)全體員工上傳的知識(shí)進(jìn)行維護(hù)管理。知識(shí)管理系統(tǒng)促進(jìn)了公司內(nèi)部對(duì)員工的培養(yǎng),而員工是公司創(chuàng)造效益的根源。根據(jù)論文研究方向,就本套知識(shí)管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)選用上,選為B/S架構(gòu),采用當(dāng)今非常流行的用于WEB開(kāi)發(fā)的JAVA語(yǔ)言及SSH(struts2、spring、hibernate)框架,MySQL作為后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)。系統(tǒng)中涉及到的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)部分,根據(jù)研究?jī)?nèi)容著重介紹功能模塊的設(shè)計(jì)以及知識(shí)文件的共享和管理。
[Abstract]:The era of "knowledge" has arrived. If enterprises in various industries want to stand out in the increasingly fierce competition, they must manage their core knowledge effectively. Although knowledge management is still a relatively new concept, it has been recognized by many enterprises. In order to complete the knowledge management well, these enterprises are all through the software of knowledge management system. As a tool to improve the efficiency of knowledge management, the enterprise can accomplish the goals of gathering clutter knowledge, sharing knowledge, encouraging knowledge innovation and so on. This paper introduces the method of creating a knowledge management system, and applies it to the knowledge management of project management company through the actual operating system. The purpose of the knowledge management system is to collect and aggregate all kinds of knowledge, so that the employees can find the information and knowledge they need through the system, and become an interactive platform to enable all employees to participate. On this platform, employees can share knowledge information that they consider helpful to improve the level of knowledge for everyone to learn, and the enterprise knowledge administrator maintains and manages the knowledge uploaded by all employees on this platform. Knowledge management system promotes the training of employees within the company, and employees are the root of the company to create benefits. According to the research direction of this paper, the design technology of this knowledge management system is chosen as B / S architecture, which adopts JAVA language and SSH (struts2,spring,hibernate) framework which is very popular for WEB development nowadays, and MySQL is used as backstage database. According to the research content, the design of function module and the sharing and management of knowledge files are introduced.
