【摘要】：如同其他地區(qū)的開放大學(xué)一樣 ,兩岸三地單一模式的開放大學(xué)非常注重遠程教育的研究。遠程教育的優(yōu)勢之一是資源共享 ,遠程教育的研究也需要合作與聯(lián)合。然而 ,關(guān)于兩岸三地遠程教育比較研究的文獻很少 ,遠程教育研究的合作也是剛剛起步。為了促進中國地區(qū)遠程教育的合作 ,對內(nèi)地、香港、臺灣單一模式的開放大學(xué)的遠程教育研究進行比較分析是必要的。本文以內(nèi)地的電大系統(tǒng)、香港的公開大學(xué)以及臺灣的空中大學(xué)為樣本 ,探討遠程教育研究的四個主題 :研究機構(gòu)的類型、研究人員的組成、研究項目的管理以及研究課題的重心。根據(jù)研究的結(jié)果 ,作者提出 ,遠程教育研究機構(gòu)應(yīng)該擔負研究的規(guī)劃、主持、培訓(xùn)以及交流的職責 ;研究人員應(yīng)該由
[Abstract]:Like the open universities in other regions, the open universities in the two sides of the Taiwan Strait pay much attention to the research of distance education. One of the advantages of distance education is the sharing of resources. The research of distance education also needs cooperation and cooperation. However, there is little literature on the comparative study of distance education between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait, and the cooperation of distance education research is still in its infancy. In order to promote the cooperation of distance education in China, it is necessary to make a comparative analysis of the distance education research of the open universities in the mainland, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Taking the RTVU system in the mainland, the Open University of Hong Kong and the Air University of Taiwan as samples, this paper explores the four topics of distance education research: the type of research institution, the composition of researchers, The management of research projects and the focus of research projects.
