【摘要】：項目管理系統(tǒng)作為中交集團的核心業(yè)務系統(tǒng),是總部對施工項目過程行之有效的監(jiān)控管理手段。項目管理系統(tǒng)的建設標志著施工企業(yè)主管業(yè)務全面進入信息化管控時代,為中國交建實現(xiàn)"做強做優(yōu)、世界一流"的軟實力戰(zhàn)略目標奠定基礎。結(jié)合集團現(xiàn)有管理體系對項目管理信息系統(tǒng)的應用和實踐過程中產(chǎn)生的問題進行探討。
[Abstract]:As the core business system of Zhongjiao Group, the project management system is an effective monitoring and management method for the construction project process. The construction of the project management system marks the construction enterprise supervisor business entering the information control era, which lays the foundation for the realization of the soft power strategic goal of "strengthen and do the best in the world" in the construction of China. This paper discusses the problems in the application and practice of the project management information system combined with the existing management system of the group.
