【摘要】：P3軟件是廣義的網(wǎng)絡計劃技術(shù),不但能給出作業(yè)的時間進度安排,還能給出完成該時間進度所需要的投資需求與人員、材料、設備要求,項目管理的內(nèi)涵可以滲透到各職能部門,使大型工程實現(xiàn)“靜態(tài)控制、動態(tài)管理”。引進P3項目管理技術(shù),代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)的進度管理,對大型工程中的人員、機具、材料、方法、環(huán)境進行全方位立體式綜合管理,在施工網(wǎng)絡中的計劃量從業(yè)主到承包商到施工班隊四級管理,使業(yè)主到班隊人員都十分清楚在工程中所處的位置和相關(guān)任務,不僅加快了工程的信息交流和數(shù)據(jù)共享,管理人員還可根據(jù)資源環(huán)節(jié)的變化,隨時修改數(shù)據(jù)資源,以不斷優(yōu)化調(diào)整資源配置,滿足工程需求,加快工程進度。

The connotation of project management can be infiltrated into various functional departments, so that large-scale projects can realize "static control and dynamic management". Introducing P3 project management technology, replacing the traditional schedule management, carrying out comprehensive management of personnel, tools, materials, methods and environment in large-scale projects, In the construction network, the planning amount from the owner to the contractor to the construction shift team is four levels of management, so that the owner to the team members are very clear about the position and related tasks in the project, which not only speeds up the information exchange and data sharing of the project, Managers can also modify data resources at any time according to the changes of resource links in order to continuously optimize and adjust the allocation of resources to meet the needs of the project and accelerate the progress of the project.
