GHDL公司項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理優(yōu)化

【摘要】:在電力行業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理中進(jìn)度管理是很重要的。項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理、項(xiàng)目投資管理、項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理是項(xiàng)目管理的三個(gè)重要組成要素,其中進(jìn)度管理是保證項(xiàng)目如期完成、資源合理安排、成本優(yōu)化控制的重要措施之一。但是在部分電力行業(yè)的項(xiàng)目管理過程中,很難找到與其需求較切合的理論研究成果。這導(dǎo)致相關(guān)人員對(duì)先進(jìn)項(xiàng)目管理理念的理解和應(yīng)用環(huán)節(jié)存在不少偏差,甚至在項(xiàng)目起始階段就會(huì)消極的認(rèn)為項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度一定會(huì)延期。因此針對(duì)電力行業(yè)特點(diǎn)分析其項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理中的問題,提出合理的優(yōu)化方案和對(duì)策,是一項(xiàng)有價(jià)值的工作。本文針對(duì)GHDL公司項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理優(yōu)化進(jìn)行研究,共分為五部分。第一部分為緒論,主要講述本文的研究背景及意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀和研究?jī)?nèi)容及思路。第二部分為項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的相關(guān)理論,主要講述項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的原理和一般要求,進(jìn)度管理的內(nèi)容以及進(jìn)度的檢查方法。第三部分是SXSY工程的進(jìn)度管理分析。以SXSY項(xiàng)目為例,詳細(xì)介紹了該項(xiàng)目的概況、管理模式,分析了該項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理中存在的問題,列舉了項(xiàng)目組應(yīng)對(duì)項(xiàng)目延誤所采取的措施。第四部分是項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的主要影響因素。文中使用關(guān)鍵因素識(shí)別法分析了9個(gè)影響因素,發(fā)現(xiàn)它們中的大部分是在可控范圍內(nèi)的,那些不可控影響因素也有規(guī)避的辦法。第五部分是項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的優(yōu)化。本節(jié)以關(guān)鍵路徑法對(duì)SXSY項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,針對(duì)前文中的關(guān)鍵影響因素提出了對(duì)應(yīng)的控制措施,以保證進(jìn)度優(yōu)化的效果。本文以SXSY項(xiàng)目為例,用關(guān)鍵因素識(shí)別法識(shí)別出影響項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度的關(guān)鍵因素,并對(duì)關(guān)鍵因素的可控性進(jìn)行分析。在此基礎(chǔ)上用關(guān)鍵路徑法對(duì)工期進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,提出項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度的控制方法,對(duì)電力行業(yè)的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理具有參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Schedule management is very important in power industry project management. Project schedule management, project investment management and project quality management are three important elements of project management, among which schedule management is one of the important measures to ensure the completion of the project on schedule, the reasonable arrangement of resources and the optimization and control of cost. However, in the process of project management in some electric power industries, it is difficult to find the theoretical research results which are more suitable to their needs. This leads to a lot of deviation in understanding and application of advanced project management concepts, even in the initial stage of the project will be negative that the project progress will be postponed. Therefore, it is a valuable work to analyze the problems in the project schedule management according to the characteristics of the power industry, and to put forward reasonable optimization schemes and countermeasures. This paper studies the project schedule management optimization of GHDL Company, which is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, mainly narrates the research background and significance, the domestic and foreign research present situation, the research content and the train of thought. The second part is the related theory of project schedule management, which mainly describes the principle and general requirements of project schedule management, the content of schedule management and the method of checking progress. The third part is the progress management analysis of SXSY project. Taking the SXSY project as an example, the general situation and management mode of the project are introduced in detail, the problems existing in the project schedule management are analyzed, and the measures taken by the project team to deal with the project delay are listed. The fourth part is the main influencing factors of project schedule management. In this paper, the key factor identification method is used to analyze the nine influencing factors, and it is found that most of them are within the controllable range, and there are also some ways to avoid those uncontrollable factors. The fifth part is the optimization of project schedule management. In this section, the SXSY project schedule management is optimized by critical path method, and the corresponding control measures are put forward to ensure the effect of schedule optimization. Taking the SXSY project as an example, the key factors affecting the progress of the project are identified by using the key factor identification method, and the controllability of the key factors is analyzed. On this basis, the critical path method is used to optimize the project schedule, and the control method of the project schedule is proposed, which has reference value for the project schedule management in the electric power industry.
