【摘要】：自改革開放以來我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)高速發(fā)展,我國(guó)的建筑幕墻行業(yè)從引進(jìn)國(guó)外技術(shù)到成為世界第一幕墻生成大國(guó)只用了不到30年的時(shí)間,其國(guó)內(nèi)幕墻工程總量占到世界總量的一半以上。但是與之不相匹配的是在程管理水平上的差距。為了幫助占國(guó)內(nèi)大多數(shù)的中、小幕墻企業(yè)提升施工管理效率,解決施工管理水平參差不齊、施工管理人員經(jīng)驗(yàn)不足等問題�，F(xiàn)如今建筑幕墻施工規(guī)模日趨朝著復(fù)雜化和規(guī)�；l(fā)展,為了對(duì)幕墻施工工期、施工質(zhì)量進(jìn)行有效的控制。通過研究幕墻施工管理系統(tǒng),來對(duì)幕墻施工過程進(jìn)行宏觀管理。本文針對(duì)中、小幕墻施工企業(yè)的需求為核心,從信息系統(tǒng)管理的角度提出了將現(xiàn)代計(jì)算機(jī)、信息技術(shù)及現(xiàn)代工程項(xiàng)目管理技術(shù),應(yīng)用到幕墻施工管理當(dāng)中,來促進(jìn)幕墻施工管理朝著現(xiàn)代化和科學(xué)化方向發(fā)展。系統(tǒng)采用Delphi作為開發(fā)平臺(tái),以SQL Server作為后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),系統(tǒng)采用基于C/S(客戶端/服務(wù)器)二層架構(gòu),應(yīng)用層使用Pascal面向?qū)ο缶幊陶Z(yǔ)言,該管理系統(tǒng)擁有友好的用戶界面和方便簡(jiǎn)潔的操作流程。通過對(duì)幕墻施工管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn),力爭(zhēng)為用戶提供良好的施工管理平臺(tái)。該管理系統(tǒng)試用后能夠滿足企業(yè)對(duì)幕墻工程管理、材料管理和資料管理的需求,系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行比較穩(wěn)定,能夠有效的提高企業(yè)的施工管理的工作效率和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the construction curtain wall industry of our country only took less than 30 years from the introduction of foreign technology to become the largest country in the world, and the total amount of curtain wall construction in China accounted for more than half of the total amount of the whole world. But what does not match is the gap in the level of process management. In order to help the small curtain wall enterprises improve the efficiency of construction management and solve the problems of uneven construction management level and lack of experience of construction managers and so on. Nowadays, the construction scale of curtain wall is becoming more and more complicated and large-scale. In order to control the construction quality effectively. By studying the curtain wall construction management system, the macro management of curtain wall construction process is carried out. Aiming at the demand of medium and small curtain wall construction enterprises, this paper puts forward the application of modern computer, information technology and modern engineering project management technology to curtain wall construction management from the point of view of information system management. To promote the curtain wall construction management towards modernization and scientific direction of development. The system adopts Delphi as the development platform, SQL Server as the background database, the system adopts the two-tier architecture based on C / S (client / Server), and the application layer uses Pascal object-oriented programming language. The management system has a friendly user interface and convenient and concise operation process. Through the design and implementation of curtain wall construction management system, we strive to provide a good construction management platform for users. The system can meet the requirements of curtain wall engineering management, material management and data management. The system runs stably, and can effectively improve the efficiency and economic benefit of the construction management of the enterprise.
