【摘要】：為了更好地服務(wù)同學(xué)們的日常學(xué)習(xí),開放式實(shí)驗(yàn)室作為德州職業(yè)學(xué)院教學(xué)資源的重要組成部分,更應(yīng)該加快信息化的建設(shè)。以人為本,因材施教,加強(qiáng)實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué),培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新型人才是德州職業(yè)學(xué)院實(shí)踐教學(xué)改革的方向。實(shí)踐教學(xué)作為德州職業(yè)學(xué)院教學(xué)體制改革的重要組成部分,而開放式實(shí)驗(yàn)室又是同學(xué)們提高動(dòng)手能力的重要途徑,這就需要我們合理利用開放式實(shí)驗(yàn)室資源。為了盡量有效的利用人力資源和設(shè)備資源,開放式實(shí)驗(yàn)室的合理化管理顯得特別重要。系統(tǒng)使用B/S框架進(jìn)行開發(fā),利用高級(jí)程序語言Java進(jìn)行底層代碼的開發(fā)。相應(yīng)地采用J2EE框架并結(jié)合SSH技術(shù)架構(gòu)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)整體的設(shè)計(jì),通過MVC框架的View視圖展示系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)并接收用戶的輸入,傳遞給Model之后進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)的整理模型化,對(duì)其進(jìn)行業(yè)務(wù)處理并交由Control進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)的計(jì)算,經(jīng)過一系列操作之后將結(jié)果交由View顯示給用戶。該系統(tǒng)使用SQL Server2014進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)庫的設(shè)計(jì)。系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)的主要功能為實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)功能、實(shí)驗(yàn)室開放功能、實(shí)驗(yàn)室管理功能、儀器設(shè)備耗材管理功能和系統(tǒng)管理功能。實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)功能包括實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)文檔管理、教學(xué)任務(wù)安排、實(shí)習(xí)與課程設(shè)計(jì)、課表查詢等。實(shí)驗(yàn)室開放功能包括項(xiàng)目管理和打印。儀器設(shè)備管理功能包括儀器狀態(tài)管理、儀器設(shè)備匯總以及設(shè)備查詢。系統(tǒng)管理功能包括信息資源管理、通知管理、在線評(píng)價(jià)以及用戶權(quán)限管理等。信息資源管理和通知管理功能下的操作有信息的添加、修改和刪除等。用戶權(quán)限管理功能下的操作有用戶管理、角色管理和權(quán)限設(shè)置。德州職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院開放式實(shí)驗(yàn)室管理系統(tǒng)投入使用后對(duì)學(xué)院內(nèi)的實(shí)驗(yàn)室等數(shù)據(jù)信息進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)一的信息化管理,實(shí)現(xiàn)了實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)的信息化模式,有效提高了學(xué)院工作人員進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)室管理的工作效率,提高了德州職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院的信息化水平。
[Abstract]:In order to better serve the students' daily study, the open laboratory, as an important part of the teaching resources of Texas Vocational College, should speed up the construction of information technology. It is the direction of the practical teaching reform of Texas Vocational College to teach people the people, strengthen the experimental teaching and cultivate innovative talents. Practice teaching is an important part of the reform of teaching system in Texas Vocational College, and open laboratory is an important way for students to improve their practical ability, which requires us to make rational use of open laboratory resources. In order to make effective use of human and equipment resources, the rational management of open laboratory is very important. The system uses the B / S framework to develop and the high-level program language Java to develop the underlying code. The whole system is designed with J2EE frame and SSH technology framework. The data of the system is displayed by View view of MVC frame and the user's input is received, and then the data is arranged and modeled after being transferred to Model. After a series of operations, the result is displayed to the user by View. The system uses SQL Server2014 to design the database. The main functions of the system are experimental teaching function, laboratory opening function, laboratory management function, equipment consumable management function and system management function. Experimental teaching functions include experimental teaching document management, teaching task arrangement, practice and curriculum design, curriculum inquiry and so on. Laboratory opening features include project management and printing. The functions of instrument management include instrument status management, instrument equipment summary and equipment inquiry. System management functions include information resource management, notification management, online evaluation and user rights management. Information resource management and notification management under the operation of information to add, modify and delete, etc. User rights management function under the operation of user management, role management and permission settings. After the open laboratory management system of Texas Vocational and Technical College has been put into use, the laboratory and other data information in the college have been unified information management, and the information mode of experimental teaching has been realized. It improves the efficiency of laboratory management and the informatization level of Texas Vocational and Technical College.
