公益創(chuàng)投項目管理研究:理論與案例

【摘要】:項目管理是一種系統(tǒng)的科學體系,公益創(chuàng)投項目作為特殊的項目形式,具有公益性、投資少且投資主體單一、短期性、評估導向性和參與式管理等特性。本文主要將項目管理理念引入至公益創(chuàng)投項目,根據(jù)公益創(chuàng)投項目的特性,借鑒項目管理的知識體系,試提出理想的公益創(chuàng)投項目管理模式和基本原則,即公益性原則、實際原則、參與式管理原則和能力建設原則。選擇兩類項目對它們項目管理實踐進行參與式觀察和深度訪談,剖析其成功經(jīng)驗和失敗教訓,反思公益創(chuàng)投的項目管理。最后根據(jù)案例分析,為發(fā)展公益創(chuàng)投項目管理,從公益創(chuàng)投項目投資方和執(zhí)行方兩個維度提出建議。
[Abstract]:Project management is a systematic scientific system. As a special project form, public venture capital project has the characteristics of public welfare, less investment and single investment subject, short-term, evaluation orientation and participatory management. This article mainly introduces the project management idea to the public welfare venture capital project, according to the public welfare venture capital project characteristic, draws lessons from the project management knowledge system, tries to propose the ideal public welfare venture capital project management pattern and the basic principle, namely the public welfare principle, Practical principles, participatory management principles and capacity-building principles. Two types of projects are selected to conduct participatory observation and in-depth interviews on their project management practices, to analyze their successful experiences and failures, and to reflect on the project management of public venture capital. Finally, according to the case study, in order to develop the public venture capital project management, the author puts forward some suggestions from the two dimensions of the public venture capital project investor and the executive party.
