【摘要】：正2005年以來,根據(jù)干部教育培訓工作發(fā)展趨勢,結合我院工作實際,在干部教育培訓中積極探索實行培訓班次"項目制"管理。發(fā)展實踐證明,"項目制"既促進了教與學之間的互動交流,提升了培訓的實效性、針對性,也推動了教學、科研、咨詢"三位一體"的良性互動,獲得了良好的發(fā)展效果。"項目制"實踐,體現(xiàn)了我院務實、改革、創(chuàng)新的發(fā)展精神,展現(xiàn)了院領導敢于謀事、善于決斷的勇氣和智慧。一、項目制管理的內容特征我院培訓管理中實行的項目制是指,把每一個培訓班次作為一個項目,每一個項目實行項目組負責制。項目組承擔開展學員培訓需求調研、制
