【摘要】：現(xiàn)在是一個(gè)信息爆炸的時(shí)代,人們獲取信息的渠道已經(jīng)多元化,不在局限于看電視,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的興起對(duì)傳統(tǒng)媒體尤其是電視沖擊很大。為了應(yīng)對(duì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng),增強(qiáng)自身實(shí)力,提高人民群眾對(duì)電視的喜愛,電視臺(tái)也改變了傳統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)模式,以用戶體驗(yàn)為中心,以群眾喜聞樂見的形式對(duì)電視節(jié)目進(jìn)行改革。而制作節(jié)目流程的改革必須有相適應(yīng)的節(jié)目制作播出系統(tǒng)為基礎(chǔ)。南寧電視臺(tái)原有的播出系統(tǒng)于2007年開始投入使用,其方便實(shí)用,易于操作,界面友好的特點(diǎn)這些年深受大家好評(píng),但是隨著時(shí)間的推移,也暴露了很多的問題,穩(wěn)定性越來(lái)越差,不能繼續(xù)再擴(kuò)展,無(wú)法與別的系統(tǒng)信息交互等,已經(jīng)不能滿足電視臺(tái)業(yè)務(wù)快速發(fā)展的需要,必須對(duì)其進(jìn)行升級(jí)改造,讓其能夠滿足未來(lái)高清化的播出,能夠滿足HD/SD-SDI多信號(hào)調(diào)度,多頻道節(jié)目直播、延時(shí)播、3G直播、資訊播出等播出形態(tài)多樣化的需求,并能與電視臺(tái)其他系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)交換。本文應(yīng)用項(xiàng)目管理的進(jìn)度、質(zhì)量管理理論與方法,對(duì)南寧電視臺(tái)播出系統(tǒng)升級(jí)改造項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度控制和質(zhì)量控制問題進(jìn)行研究。全文分為七個(gè)部分,第一部分闡述了論文的研究背景和目的意義。第二部分對(duì)南寧電視臺(tái)播出系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析。第三部分對(duì)南寧電視臺(tái)播出系統(tǒng)升級(jí)改造項(xiàng)目的思路、目標(biāo)、技術(shù)路線進(jìn)行了介紹。第四部分對(duì)南寧電視臺(tái)播出系統(tǒng)升級(jí)改造項(xiàng)目的整體框架、各個(gè)子系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了介紹。第五部分運(yùn)用應(yīng)用項(xiàng)目管理中進(jìn)度管理、質(zhì)量管理的理論與方法，，對(duì)影響南寧電視臺(tái)播出系統(tǒng)升級(jí)改造項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量和進(jìn)度的因素進(jìn)行了分析研究。第六部分對(duì)南寧電視臺(tái)播出系統(tǒng)升級(jí)改造項(xiàng)目的組織、進(jìn)度、質(zhì)量保障措施進(jìn)行了分析研究。第七部分為研究結(jié)論和展望。
[Abstract]:Now is an era of information explosion, people have diversified access to information, not limited to watching television, the rise of the Internet to traditional media, especially television impact. In order to cope with the competition, strengthen their own strength and enhance the people's love of television, TV station has also changed the traditional business model, taking the user experience as the center, and carrying on the reform to the television program in the form that the masses like to see. The reform of program flow must be based on a suitable program production and broadcast system. The original broadcasting system of Nanning TV station began to be put into use in 2007. It is convenient and practical, easy to operate, and friendly interface features have been well received by everyone over the years, but with the passage of time, it also exposed a lot of problems. The stability is getting worse and worse, can't continue to expand, can't interact with other system information and so on, can't meet the demand of the TV station business development rapidly, must carry on the upgrade transformation to make it can meet the future high-definition broadcast, It can meet the needs of HD/SD-SDI multi-signal scheduling, multi-channel live broadcast, delay broadcast 3G live broadcast, information broadcast and so on, and can exchange data with other TV station systems. In this paper, the progress control and quality control of the broadcast system upgrading project in Nanning TV Station are studied by using the progress, quality management theory and method of project management. The paper is divided into seven parts. The first part describes the research background and significance of the paper. The second part analyzes the present situation of Nanning TV broadcasting system. The third part introduces the train of thought, target and technical route of Nanning TV station broadcasting system upgrade project. The fourth part introduces the whole frame of Nanning TV station broadcast system upgrade project and the design of each subsystem. In the fifth part, by using the theory and method of schedule management and quality management in the application of project management, the factors influencing the quality and progress of the upgrading project of Nanning TV station broadcasting system are analyzed and studied. In the sixth part, the organization, schedule and quality assurance measures of Nanning TV broadcast system upgrading project are analyzed and studied. The seventh part is the conclusion and prospect of the research.
