【摘要】：針對(duì)目前建筑業(yè)中各參與方所掌握的信息不對(duì)稱、信息傳遞不及時(shí)以及信息溝通不暢等問(wèn)題,提出KanBIM系統(tǒng),在分析傳統(tǒng)的以BIM作為信息交互平臺(tái)的IPD項(xiàng)目在信息協(xié)同管理方面存在的不足的基礎(chǔ)上,提出IPD模式下基于KanBIM的項(xiàng)目信息協(xié)同模型,實(shí)現(xiàn)了各參與方間信息的及時(shí)交流,同時(shí)提高了信息的傳遞效率、促進(jìn)多方協(xié)作,為建筑信息化的發(fā)展奠定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problems of asymmetric information, untimely information transmission and poor communication among the participants in the construction industry at present, this paper puts forward a KanBIM system. Based on the analysis of the shortcomings of the traditional IPD project with BIM as the platform for information exchange, a project information collaboration model based on KanBIM under the IPD mode is proposed, which realizes the timely exchange of information among the participants. At the same time, it improves the efficiency of information transmission, promotes multi-party cooperation, and lays the foundation for the development of building information.
