H公司EPC工程項目采購管理研究

【摘要】:H公司想要保持企業(yè)在行業(yè)中的領(lǐng)先地位。需要不斷創(chuàng)新來提高自身技術(shù)及管理水平,改善服務(wù)質(zhì)量和提高風(fēng)險規(guī)避和控制力,提高企業(yè)自身的采購管理能力、降低項目執(zhí)行成本,尤其是對采購管理工作進(jìn)行改進(jìn)和提高是非常有必要的。 提高與改進(jìn)采購管理工作,對于H公司來說這將是一個龐大的、復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng)工程。這將需要對公司的采購流程、供應(yīng)商開發(fā)及管理、合同管理優(yōu)化、采購成本控制、組織機構(gòu)和人力資源管理等方面進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)全面的梳理,找出存在的問題,分析發(fā)生問題的原因,運用工程項目管理理論及采購管理理論,根據(jù)供應(yīng)商開發(fā)與管理原理、供應(yīng)商分類原理、合同管理原理等對H公司的EPC工程項目采購管理提出優(yōu)化對策,以此來幫助H公司提高采購工作效率、更有效地規(guī)避采購風(fēng)險及降低采購成本,使得H公司保持行業(yè)內(nèi)的品牌領(lǐng)先地位。
[Abstract]:H wants to maintain its leading position in the industry. We need to continuously innovate to improve our own technology and management level, to improve service quality, to improve risk aversion and control, to improve the purchasing management ability of enterprises, and to reduce project execution cost. Especially, it is necessary to improve the purchasing management. Improving and improving purchasing management will be a huge and complex system engineering for H Company. This will require the company's procurement process, supplier development and management, contract management optimization, procurement cost control, organization and human resources management and other aspects of a systematic and comprehensive comb, to find out the existing problems, This paper analyzes the causes of the problems, applies the engineering project management theory and the purchasing management theory, according to the supplier development and management principle, the supplier classification principle, the contract management principle and so on, puts forward the optimized countermeasure to the H company EPC project purchase management. In order to help H company to improve the efficiency of procurement, more effective to avoid procurement risks and reduce procurement costs, so that H company to maintain the leading position in the industry.
