【摘要】：聯(lián)合國提出保護(hù)口頭與非物質(zhì)遺產(chǎn)的措施,并通過申報(bào)施行跨國的項(xiàng)目管理,提醒了各個國家對口頭非物質(zhì)遺產(chǎn)的重視,激發(fā)了人們對口頭與非物質(zhì)遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)的積極性。對什么是“口頭與非物質(zhì)遺產(chǎn)”,已經(jīng)日漸明確。但是,為了這一工作可持續(xù)地健康發(fā)展,我們還應(yīng)當(dāng)進(jìn)一步論證保護(hù)口頭與非物質(zhì)遺產(chǎn)的意義,以及非物質(zhì)遺產(chǎn)的價(jià)值論定和保護(hù)方法。這是三個相互關(guān)聯(lián)的問題。
[Abstract]:The United Nations put forward measures to protect oral and intangible heritage, and through declaration and implementation of transnational project management, reminded all countries to pay attention to oral intangible heritage, and inspired the enthusiasm of people to protect oral and intangible heritage. What is called "verbal and intangible heritage" has become increasingly clear. However, for the sustainable and healthy development of this work, we should further demonstrate the significance of protecting oral and intangible heritage, as well as the value determination and protection methods of intangible heritage. These are three interrelated questions.
