【摘要】：中原油田第三氣體處理廠改擴(kuò)建工程是中原油田自行設(shè)計(jì)、自行施工、自行組織試車投產(chǎn)、自我培訓(xùn)、自我管理獲得成功的典型項(xiàng)目 ,既保證了工程質(zhì)量 ,又節(jié)約資金近 10 0 0萬(wàn)元 ,同時(shí)也鍛煉了油田項(xiàng)目管理、設(shè)計(jì)、施工和生產(chǎn)技術(shù)隊(duì)伍。第三氣體處理廠改擴(kuò)建工程的建成投產(chǎn) ,使第三氣體處理廠成為全國(guó)最大的以回收C2 +輕烴為主要目的的天然氣處理廠。每年為中原乙烯增加 2萬(wàn)多噸液態(tài)乙烷原料 ,同時(shí)也為油田發(fā)展烴化工、天然氣化工奠定了原料基礎(chǔ)。本文從工藝、設(shè)備、自控等方面對(duì)該工程的技術(shù)成果進(jìn)行總結(jié) ,對(duì)以后的天然氣處理裝置的建設(shè)有借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:The reconstruction and extension project of the third gas treatment plant in Zhongyuan Oilfield is a typical project of Zhongyuan Oilfield, which is designed and constructed by itself, organized and put into production by itself, trained itself and managed itself successfully, which guarantees the quality of the project. Savings of nearly 10, 0 yuan, but also exercise oil field project management, design, construction and production technology team. The third gas treatment plant was built and put into operation, making the third gas treatment plant the largest natural gas treatment plant with the main purpose of recovering C2 light hydrocarbon in China. More than 20,000 tons of liquid ethane feedstock is added to Zhongyuan ethylene each year, and the raw material foundation is laid for the development of hydrocarbon chemical industry and natural gas chemical industry in oil field. This paper summarizes the technical achievements of the project from the aspects of technology, equipment and automatic control, which can be used for reference in the construction of natural gas treatment plant in the future.
