【摘要】：南昌師范學(xué)院是由原江西教育學(xué)院更名而來(lái),音樂(lè)系作為該校最重要的教學(xué)單位之一,有著二十五年的辦學(xué)歷史,長(zhǎng)期以來(lái),該系注重學(xué)生的藝術(shù)實(shí)踐環(huán)節(jié),把藝術(shù)實(shí)踐作為教學(xué)的一項(xiàng)重要環(huán)節(jié),用來(lái)檢驗(yàn)教學(xué)效果的重要試金石。如何提高藝術(shù)實(shí)踐項(xiàng)目的管理水平,改善管理手段、提高管理工作效率是目前急需解決的問(wèn)題。因此,要實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)藝術(shù)實(shí)踐全過(guò)程的信息化管理,對(duì)藝術(shù)實(shí)踐項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)研究和分析是極其必要的。 本文以南昌師范學(xué)院音樂(lè)系藝術(shù)實(shí)踐管理系統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)為研究對(duì)象,提出了基于B/S模式下的立體化管理系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建,創(chuàng)建了藝術(shù)實(shí)踐項(xiàng)目管理軟件模式。本文詳細(xì)分析了南昌師范學(xué)院音樂(lè)藝術(shù)實(shí)踐管理業(yè)務(wù)需求,其中主要包括有藝術(shù)實(shí)踐項(xiàng)目申請(qǐng)管理、藝術(shù)實(shí)踐項(xiàng)目評(píng)審管理、藝術(shù)實(shí)踐項(xiàng)目立項(xiàng)管理、藝術(shù)實(shí)踐項(xiàng)目中期檢查管理、藝術(shù)實(shí)踐項(xiàng)目結(jié)題管理的業(yè)務(wù)分析和功能需求。然后根據(jù)需求分析設(shè)計(jì)出系統(tǒng)總體結(jié)構(gòu)與模塊設(shè)計(jì),給出了南昌師范學(xué)院音樂(lè)系藝術(shù)實(shí)踐項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)處理流程圖分析、系統(tǒng)及子用例圖分析、系統(tǒng)及子功能包圖和分析。詳細(xì)闡述了設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容并使用藝術(shù)實(shí)踐項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)實(shí)體關(guān)系圖和數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)表結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)進(jìn)行了描述。本論文還論述了論文研究背景和南昌師范學(xué)院音樂(lè)系藝術(shù)實(shí)踐項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)的主要設(shè)計(jì)思想及意義,分析了當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)外藝術(shù)類院系藝術(shù)實(shí)踐項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展階段和研究現(xiàn)狀,提出了符合南昌師范學(xué)院藝術(shù)實(shí)踐管理現(xiàn)狀的構(gòu)建方法。 通過(guò)對(duì)南昌師范學(xué)院音樂(lè)系藝術(shù)實(shí)踐項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)的研究與分析,開發(fā)出符合學(xué)校改制升本后擴(kuò)規(guī)與適應(yīng)藝術(shù)實(shí)踐發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的管理系統(tǒng)。此套藝術(shù)實(shí)踐管理系統(tǒng)的有效實(shí)施,將進(jìn)一步改革管理模式、更新管理手段、加強(qiáng)管理規(guī)范,實(shí)現(xiàn)藝術(shù)實(shí)踐項(xiàng)目更加科學(xué)化、規(guī)范化、精細(xì)化的管理,提升藝術(shù)實(shí)踐項(xiàng)目管理工作效率和服務(wù)水平,使得南昌師范學(xué)院音樂(lè)系藝術(shù)實(shí)踐項(xiàng)目管理信息化水平有新的提升。
[Abstract]:Nanchang normal University was renamed from the former Jiangxi Institute of Education. As one of the most important teaching units in the school, the music department has a history of 25 years. For a long time, the department has paid attention to the students' artistic practice. As an important link in teaching, art practice is used to test the teaching effect. How to improve the management level of art practice projects, improve the management means, and improve the efficiency of management is an urgent problem to be solved. Therefore, in order to realize the information management of the whole process of art practice, it is extremely necessary to study and analyze the project management system of art practice. This paper takes the business of Art practice Management system of Music Department of Nanchang normal University as the research object, puts forward the construction of three-dimensional management system based on B / S mode, and establishes the software model of art practice project management. This paper analyzes in detail the business requirements of music art practice management in Nanchang normal College, including the application management of art practice projects, the evaluation and management of art practice projects, and the establishment and management of artistic practice projects. Art practice project interim inspection management, art practice project management business analysis and functional requirements. Then, according to the requirement analysis, the overall structure and module design of the system are designed, and the flow chart of business processing, the analysis of system and sub-use case diagram, the analysis of system and sub-function package diagram and the analysis of the system and sub-function are given. The design content is described in detail and the database is described by using the entity diagram and database table structure of the art practice project management system. This paper also discusses the background of the thesis and the main design ideas and significance of the art practice project management system of the Department of Music of Nanchang normal University. This paper analyzes the development stage and research status of art practice project management system in art colleges and departments at home and abroad, and puts forward the construction methods which accord with the present situation of art practice management in Nanchang normal University. Through the research and analysis of the project management system of the art practice in the Department of Music of Nanchang normal University, a management system is developed which accords with the reform of the school and the expansion of the rules and regulations and adapts to the present situation of the development of the art practice. The effective implementation of the art practice management system will further reform the management model, renew the management means, strengthen the management norms, and achieve more scientific, standardized and refined management of the art practice projects. Improving the efficiency and service level of art practice project management makes the level of informatization of art practice project management of Nanchang normal University new.
