【摘要】：一般來說,城市發(fā)展水平的高低受到城市建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管理水平的制約,而城市建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管理的水平又體現(xiàn)在城市建設(shè)信息化的高低上。目前,建設(shè)不斷推進(jìn),城市化進(jìn)程不斷加快,精細(xì)化管理要求的進(jìn)一步深化,傳統(tǒng)的工作流程已經(jīng)越來越不能滿足不斷發(fā)展的城市信息化的需求,嚴(yán)重制約了工作效率的提高,從而也影響了城市建設(shè)信息化進(jìn)程。在這樣的背景下,我們提出了一種基于面向?qū)ο蠓椒ㄩ_發(fā)的城建項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)。這是基于某市建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管理的需求而提出來的,主要的工作和取得成果是:首先,在分析城市建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管理現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,以城市建設(shè)需求為依據(jù),提出了系統(tǒng)需求分析的原則和系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的框架圖,完成了對(duì)系統(tǒng)的總體解決方案的設(shè)計(jì),并且對(duì)系統(tǒng)的功能模塊進(jìn)行了描述,討論了系統(tǒng)的總體功能框架設(shè)計(jì)和系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)所用到的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)和相關(guān)理論。接著,通過對(duì)SSH(Struts+Spring+Hibernate)框架的理論模型的描述,數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)和MVC模型的研究,對(duì)控制層、展現(xiàn)層和業(yè)務(wù)邏輯層給出較深入的理解。然后,論文提出了以SSH為體系架構(gòu),采用J2EE的多層B/S設(shè)計(jì)方式的技術(shù)方案,對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)和開發(fā),并對(duì)相關(guān)模塊進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的描述和論述。論文也展示了系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能,直觀的感受城建項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)的方便和快捷。最后,我們總結(jié)了該城建項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng),并展望了未來的工作。
[Abstract]:Generally speaking, the level of urban development is restricted by the level of urban construction project management, and the level of urban construction project management is reflected in the level of urban construction information. At present, with the continuous development of construction, the acceleration of urbanization process, the further deepening of fine management requirements, the traditional workflow has become more and more unable to meet the needs of continuously developing urban informatization, which seriously restricts the improvement of work efficiency. Thus also affected the information process of urban construction. Under this background, we propose a city construction project management system based on object-oriented method. This is based on the needs of construction project management in a certain city. The main work and achievements are as follows: firstly, on the basis of analyzing the current situation of urban construction project management, the main work is based on the demand of urban construction. The principle of system requirement analysis and the frame diagram of system design are put forward, the overall solution of the system is designed, and the function module of the system is described. The key technologies and related theories used in the design of the overall functional framework of the system and the system design are discussed. Then, through the description of the theoretical model of the SSH (Struts Spring Hibernate) framework, the design of the database structure and the study of the MVC model, a deeper understanding of the control layer, the presentation layer and the business logic layer is given. Then, the paper puts forward a technical scheme based on SSH and J2EE's multi-tier B / S design method, designs and develops the system, and describes and discusses the related modules in detail. The paper also shows the functions of the system, and intuitively feels the convenience and speed of the urban construction project management system. Finally, we summarize the city construction project management system, and look forward to the future work.
