【摘要】：施工企業(yè)作為國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要組成部分,對(duì)促進(jìn)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和社會(huì)進(jìn)步發(fā)揮著重要的作用。工程項(xiàng)目作為施工企業(yè)的主要產(chǎn)品和收益的主要來(lái)源,具有持續(xù)時(shí)間長(zhǎng)、專(zhuān)業(yè)多、涉及面廣、復(fù)雜性等特點(diǎn)。隨著市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展、建筑市場(chǎng)環(huán)境的不斷變化以及市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的日趨激烈,施工企業(yè)的發(fā)展正面臨著新的挑戰(zhàn)。一方面,建設(shè)方對(duì)工程質(zhì)量、工期的要求越來(lái)越高;另一方面,施工企業(yè)的投標(biāo)價(jià)格也越來(lái)越低,墊資以及拖欠工程款的現(xiàn)象時(shí)有發(fā)生。在這樣的大環(huán)境下,一些影響提高項(xiàng)目管理方面的深層次問(wèn)題就暴露出來(lái),如何通過(guò)提升項(xiàng)目管理績(jī)效來(lái)促進(jìn)施工企業(yè)保持健康、可持續(xù)發(fā)展,己成為當(dāng)下項(xiàng)目管理人員所考慮的主要問(wèn)題。提升項(xiàng)目管理績(jī)效則成為企業(yè)提高效益、增加自身收益的重要管理手段。通過(guò)提升工程項(xiàng)目管理績(jī)效,可以達(dá)到規(guī)范項(xiàng)目管理行為、提高項(xiàng)目管理水平的重要目標(biāo)。深圳建業(yè)公司是一家大型的建筑施工企業(yè),由于其自身的發(fā)展歷程和行業(yè)特點(diǎn),對(duì)項(xiàng)目管理的監(jiān)督和控制已列為公司日常工作的重點(diǎn)。本文主要研究建業(yè)公司項(xiàng)目管理績(jī)效提升。為此通過(guò)列舉項(xiàng)目多個(gè)方面的實(shí)施情況來(lái)對(duì)建業(yè)公司項(xiàng)目管理和績(jī)效現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了全面的闡述,而后針對(duì)具體情況分析和論證制約項(xiàng)目管理績(jī)效提升的因素。本文通過(guò)對(duì)項(xiàng)目管理以及績(jī)效的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的闡述認(rèn)為:項(xiàng)目管理績(jī)效是項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過(guò)程中運(yùn)用管理手段和方式方法綜合作用的結(jié)果。因此,加強(qiáng)項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過(guò)程中的管理是提升項(xiàng)目管理績(jī)效的重要手段。項(xiàng)目管理績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)為提升項(xiàng)目管理績(jī)效指明了前進(jìn)的方向,同時(shí)也為如何提升項(xiàng)目管理績(jī)效奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。本文認(rèn)為,目前施工企業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理績(jī)效欠佳的原因,主要在于建筑行業(yè)管理不規(guī)范和自身施工項(xiàng)目管理水平不強(qiáng)所造成的,并依據(jù)這一問(wèn)題的提出,查找和總結(jié)改進(jìn)目前項(xiàng)目管理績(jī)效存在問(wèn)題的一系列解決方法。最后,通過(guò)對(duì)深圳建業(yè)公司項(xiàng)目管理的實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行研究和分析,提出提升項(xiàng)目管理績(jī)效的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:As an important part of the national economy, the construction enterprise plays an important role in promoting the economic development and social progress of our country. As the main source of the main product and income of the construction enterprise, the project has the characteristics of long duration, many specialties, wide range and complexity. With the rapid development of the market economy, the building market The continuous changes in the environment and the increasingly fierce competition in the market, the development of the construction enterprises is facing new challenges. On the one hand, the construction party's requirements for the quality of the project and the time limit are getting higher and higher; on the other hand, the bidding price of the construction enterprises is also getting lower and lower, and the phenomenon of the capital and the arrears of the process is happening. In such a big environment, Some deep problems in the project management are exposed. How to promote the construction enterprises to maintain healthy and sustainable development by improving the performance of the project management has become the main problem that the project managers consider. The promotion of project management performance is an important manager for the enterprises to improve the benefit and increase their own income. By improving the performance of project management, the project management behavior can be standardized and the project management level is improved. Shenzhen Jianye company is a large construction enterprise. Because of its own development and industry characteristics, the supervision and control of project management has been listed as the focus of the daily work of the company. In order to improve the project management performance of the construction company, the project management and performance status of the construction company are comprehensively expounded by enumerating the implementation of several aspects of the project, and then the factors that restrict the performance improvement of the project management are analyzed and demonstrated by the specific situation analysis and demonstration. The paper expounds that project management performance is the result of the comprehensive role of management means and methods in the process of project implementation. Therefore, strengthening management in the process of project implementation is an important means to improve the performance of project management. In order to improve the performance of project management, this paper holds that the reasons for poor performance of project management in construction enterprises are mainly due to the unstandard management of construction industry and the poor management level of their own construction projects. In the end, through the research and analysis of the actual situation of the project management of Shenzhen Jianye company, the countermeasures to improve the performance of the project management are put forward.
