開平一中實驗教學(xué)管理信息系統(tǒng)的研究與分析

【摘要】:本課題通過對開平市第一中學(xué)現(xiàn)有的計算機實驗室進行務(wù)實詳細的業(yè)務(wù)分析、功能分析以及數(shù)據(jù)分析,結(jié)合筆者多年管理計算機實踐教學(xué)以及管理實驗室的經(jīng)驗,設(shè)計了一套針對重點高中并兼有決策性功能的的實驗教學(xué)管理信息系統(tǒng)。開平一中實驗教學(xué)信息系統(tǒng)總共分為七大功能模塊,分別是實驗項目管理(Experimental Project Management)、實驗課表管理(Experimental Curriculum Management)、實驗預(yù)約管理(Experiment Booking Management)、實驗成績管理(Experimental Performance Management)、實驗教學(xué)評價(Experiment Teaching Evaluation)、設(shè)備管理(Equipmentt Management)和系統(tǒng)管理(System Management),滿足了實際工作的信息化需要,提高了工作方面的效率,對教學(xué)資源進行了優(yōu)化,同時也加強了學(xué)生的實際操作能力。 本文給出了開平一中實驗教學(xué)管理信息系統(tǒng)的研究意義及其研究背景,并且對目前同類系統(tǒng)的研究與應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀也做出了陳述,明確了本文需要研究的內(nèi)容和需要進行的重點工作;在對系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)分析中,本文詳細分析了系統(tǒng)問題的所在,并對原有業(yè)務(wù)流程以泳道圖進行簡明的分析,進而得出了系統(tǒng)改造后的業(yè)務(wù)流程;在對系統(tǒng)的功能分析中,本文通過對系統(tǒng)的七大功能模塊進行用例分析和用例描述,對系統(tǒng)需要具備的主要功能有了清晰的藍圖,并列出了相應(yīng)的總體功能包圖及其子功能包圖,其中子功能包圖包括以下七個子包圖:實驗項目管理包圖、實驗課表管理包圖、實驗預(yù)約管理包圖、實驗成績管理包圖、實驗教學(xué)評價包圖、設(shè)備管理包圖、系統(tǒng)管理包圖;對于系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)分析,本文主要分析了系統(tǒng)所有功能必須要處理的數(shù)據(jù),建立了數(shù)據(jù)庫表結(jié)構(gòu),并畫出了對應(yīng)的七大功能的縮略圖、系統(tǒng)總概念圖、實體類關(guān)系圖等。本文最后總結(jié)了所做的系統(tǒng)的研究與分析工作,并對系統(tǒng)投入實際工作中進行展望。
[Abstract]:This topic carries on the practical detailed business analysis, the function analysis and the data analysis to the current computer laboratory of the first middle school of Kaiping city, unifies the author many years management computer practice teaching as well as the management laboratory experience, A set of experimental teaching management information system is designed for key senior high school with decision-making function. The experimental teaching information system of Kaiping No. 1 Middle School is divided into seven functional modules. Experimental Project Management (Experimental Project Management), Experimental Table Management (Experimental Curriculum Management), experiment booking Management (Experiment Booking Management), Experimental score Management (Experimental Performance Management), Experimental Teaching Evaluation (Experiment Teaching Evaluation), equipment Management (Equipmentt Management) and system Management (System Management), meet the practical needs of informatization. It improves the efficiency of the work, optimizes the teaching resources, and strengthens the students' practical operation ability. In this paper, the research significance and background of the experimental teaching management information system in Kaiping No. 1 Middle School are given, and the current research and application status of the similar system is also stated. In the business analysis of the system, the problems of the system are analyzed in detail, and the original business process is analyzed with the swimming lane diagram. In the function analysis of the system, through the use case analysis and use case description of the seven functional modules of the system, there is a clear blueprint for the main functions of the system. The corresponding general function package diagram and its sub-function package diagram are listed. The sub-function package diagram includes the following seven sub-package diagrams: the experimental project management package, the experimental course table management package, the experimental reservation management package, the experimental score management package. Experimental teaching evaluation package diagram, equipment management package diagram, system management package diagram, for the system data analysis, this paper mainly analyzes the data that all functions of the system must deal with, and establishes the database table structure. At the same time, the corresponding thumbnail map of seven functions, system concept diagram, entity class relation diagram and so on are drawn. Finally, this paper summarizes the research and analysis of the system, and looks forward to the practical work of the system.
