基于SAP的項目全過程查詢及轉資系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:電力企業(yè)項目是國民經濟的基礎產業(yè),在電力企業(yè)項目管理中,某一個環(huán)節(jié)的處理不當都可能導致電力企業(yè)項目的質量出現(xiàn)問題,為項目的經濟利益、社會利益帶來嚴重的隱患,因此如何進行電力企業(yè)項目的全過程管理將十分重要。同樣電力企業(yè)是資產性企業(yè),資產產生大多數(shù)來自于企業(yè)的各種項目,而轉資實現(xiàn)了資產價值和實物的統(tǒng)一,因此如何高效的轉資也成為困擾企業(yè)的管理難點。國家電網(wǎng)的項目全過程管理須經歷立項、審批、下達、采購、資金支付等眾多步驟,信息系統(tǒng)涉及BPS、SAP(PS/PM/MM/FI)、資金支付平臺、經法等多個系統(tǒng),信息復雜分布在多個信息系統(tǒng)中且信息量龐大,對項目執(zhí)行、管理部門及財務部門的信息查詢造成較大困難,須對項目管理過程中的信息進行梳理,對項目管理數(shù)據(jù)進行統(tǒng)一存儲,形成邏輯清晰、結構完整的報表,實現(xiàn)高效的項目全過程查詢;轉資則以“自動轉資”取代傳統(tǒng)的手工轉資,將資產從項目源頭開始抓起,通過WBS編碼,查找工程概算與工程決算的聯(lián)系,大大加快轉資速度。而我們目前的SAP系統(tǒng)中并無符合此要求的現(xiàn)成的項目全過程查詢和轉資程序模塊,為此我們需要根據(jù)具體的工作需求,結合我國項目管理的標準要求,對SAP進行二次開發(fā)以滿足對項目的全過程查詢及轉資實現(xiàn)。本文進行了基于SAP的項目全過程查詢及轉資系統(tǒng)的需求分析,完成了系統(tǒng)的設計與實現(xiàn),并重點研究了項目全過程查詢、轉資系統(tǒng)各個子功能的算法。主要研究工作如下:1、結合SAP現(xiàn)有的PS功能,設計并實現(xiàn)了項目全過程查詢及轉資系統(tǒng);2、通過項目全過程查詢,完成了BPS資金計劃信息和項目實施信息、經法系統(tǒng)合同與采購訂單信息、ERP合同付款支付與電子支付平臺支付交易等業(yè)務系統(tǒng)信息的集成,并在此基礎上開發(fā)全過程項目執(zhí)行監(jiān)控與采購執(zhí)行查詢報表、全過程項目資金消耗監(jiān)控與查詢報表,提供整合各個業(yè)務信息系統(tǒng)關鍵業(yè)務數(shù)據(jù)并查詢監(jiān)控的功能;3、通過轉資系統(tǒng)將物資采購、設備創(chuàng)建、資產創(chuàng)建和資產卡片的價值結轉連接起來,保證了轉資業(yè)務的準確性和完成性,提高了轉資業(yè)務的效率。通過國家電網(wǎng)華東分部業(yè)務數(shù)據(jù)的驗證,證明本文設計的系統(tǒng)可以有效地提高項目管理的工作效率,提高了對項目流轉、項目執(zhí)行等處理情況的精細化管理;對企業(yè)核心業(yè)務實現(xiàn)了制度化、流程化,從流程設計的角度最大限度實現(xiàn)項目全過程管理無縫結合;融合各個部門管理的業(yè)務和數(shù)據(jù),實現(xiàn)信息的透明共享,杜絕了信息孤島和多頭數(shù)據(jù)的現(xiàn)象,提升了綜合管理能力;對提高企業(yè)競爭力和信息化水平具有積極的意義。
[Abstract]:The electric power enterprise project is the basic industry of the national economy, in the electric power enterprise project management, the improper handling of a certain link may lead to the power enterprise project quality problems, for the economic benefit of the project. Social benefits bring serious hidden trouble, so how to carry out the whole process management of electric power enterprise project will be very important. Similarly, electric power enterprises are asset-oriented enterprises, most of which come from various projects of enterprises, and the conversion of capital realizes the unification of asset value and physical objects. Therefore, how to transfer capital efficiently has become a difficult point in the management of enterprises. The whole process of project management of State Grid must go through many steps, such as project approval, order, purchase, fund payment and so on. The information system involves many systems, such as BPS SAP (PS/PM/MM/FI), fund payment platform, economic law and so on. The information is complex and distributed in many information systems and the amount of information is huge. It is difficult to query the information of the project execution, management department and financial department, so it is necessary to sort out the information in the process of project management. The unified storage of project management data, the formation of logical and complete report forms, the realization of efficient project whole process query, the conversion of capital to replace the traditional manual transfer of capital with "automatic transfer", the asset from the source of the project start to grasp, By WBS coding, the relationship between the project budget estimate and the final account of the project is found, greatly speeding up the speed of capital transfer. However, our current SAP system does not have a ready-made program module for the whole process of inquiry and transfer of capital in accordance with this requirement. Therefore, we need to combine the standard requirements of project management in our country according to the specific work needs. Carry on the second development to the SAP to satisfy the whole process inquiry and transfer of capital to the project. In this paper, the project whole process query based on SAP and the requirement analysis of the transfer system are carried out, and the design and implementation of the system are completed, and the algorithm of each sub-function of the project whole process query and the transfer system is studied emphatically. The main research work is as follows: 1. Combined with the existing PS function of SAP, this paper designs and implements the whole process inquiry and transfer system of the project. Through the whole process inquiry of the project, the information of the BPS fund plan and the implementation of the project are completed. The information of ERP contract payment and electronic payment platform is integrated with the information of system contract and purchase order, and on this basis, the whole process project execution monitoring and purchasing execution inquiry report is developed. The whole process of project fund consumption monitoring and query reports, provide the integration of business information system key business data and query monitoring function, through the transfer of funds to purchase materials, equipment to create, The asset creation and the value transfer of the asset card are connected together to ensure the veracity and completeness of the transfer business and to improve the efficiency of the transfer business. Through the verification of the business data of East China Branch of State Grid, it is proved that the system designed in this paper can effectively improve the work efficiency of project management, and improve the fine management of project flow, project execution and so on. The core business of the enterprise has been institutionalized, flow, from the point of view of process design to maximize the project process management seamless integration, integration of business and data management of various departments to achieve transparent sharing of information, It has put an end to the phenomenon of information isolated island and long data, has promoted the comprehensive management ability, and has positive significance to improve the competitiveness of enterprises and the level of information.
