【摘要】：近年來(lái),計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)以及信息技術(shù)蓬勃發(fā)展,并且已經(jīng)融入到大家的生活環(huán)境中,方便了我們的方方面面。隨著全球貿(mào)易的發(fā)展,企業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)也越來(lái)越激烈,為了能在全球化的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中脫穎而出,企業(yè)管理是不容忽視的問(wèn)題。高效的管理方式能夠有效利用企業(yè)資源,優(yōu)化其資源配置,使其能夠迅速發(fā)展。時(shí)代在不斷的前進(jìn),這些先進(jìn)的科技漸漸地影響著我們的學(xué)習(xí)和生活方式。企業(yè)資源規(guī)劃(ERP,Enterprise Resource Planning)就是一種現(xiàn)代的,能夠?qū)⑿畔⒓夹g(shù)融入到企業(yè)管理中的先進(jìn)企業(yè)管理模式。而ERP系統(tǒng)中的會(huì)計(jì)總賬管理系統(tǒng)有著重要的作用,通過(guò)該系統(tǒng),管理者能夠?qū)ζ髽I(yè)的財(cái)務(wù)狀況做詳細(xì)的統(tǒng)計(jì)與分析,使其能夠更好的決策,大大提高了企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理的效率。目前,信息管理系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展已經(jīng)不是簡(jiǎn)單的以技術(shù)為核心,人們對(duì)其功能上以及性能上的要求逐漸提高。在功能上,信息管理系統(tǒng)要根據(jù)企業(yè)的具體要求進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),還要滿足系統(tǒng)化、一體化以及智能化的要求;在性能上要滿足高效率、安全性、可用性以及可靠性等需求。將這些先進(jìn)的科學(xué)技術(shù)以及管理方式結(jié)合起來(lái)是實(shí)現(xiàn)信息化管理的必要條件。而管理系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)也一定程度上帶動(dòng)了計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)以及信息技術(shù)的進(jìn)步。當(dāng)今時(shí)代,企業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)非常激烈,因此必須盡量對(duì)其管理能力有著較高要求,使管理流程以及管理模式更加規(guī)范。如今,企業(yè)管理漸漸向著標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、一體化、智能化的大方向前進(jìn)。技術(shù)問(wèn)題已不是企業(yè)向信息化管理方向發(fā)展的最重要的內(nèi)容,相比于技術(shù),管理思想及模式才是關(guān)鍵所在。因此,信息化管理系統(tǒng)的建立需要充分考慮企業(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)形態(tài),將企業(yè)各個(gè)部門(mén)的協(xié)調(diào)工作體現(xiàn)在系統(tǒng)當(dāng)中。本文結(jié)合寧波雙海機(jī)械制造有限公司的特點(diǎn),根據(jù)其在管理上的需求,設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了易飛ERP系統(tǒng)中會(huì)計(jì)總賬子系統(tǒng)。本人的工作主要有三方面:第一,根據(jù)對(duì)項(xiàng)目的需求分析對(duì)整個(gè)易飛ERP系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),系統(tǒng)包含會(huì)計(jì)總賬子系統(tǒng)、自動(dòng)分錄子系統(tǒng)、固定資產(chǎn)子系統(tǒng)、銷(xiāo)售管理子系統(tǒng)、存貨管理子系統(tǒng)、工單/委外子系統(tǒng)、采購(gòu)管理子系統(tǒng)、工藝管理子系統(tǒng)以及批次需求計(jì)劃子系統(tǒng)。第二,對(duì)易飛ERP系統(tǒng)中會(huì)計(jì)總賬子系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的設(shè)計(jì),在系統(tǒng)中設(shè)計(jì)了基本信息管理、憑證處理管理、會(huì)計(jì)月結(jié)管理、財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表管理、核算項(xiàng)目管理、財(cái)務(wù)預(yù)算管理、成本中心管理、匯兌損益管理以及預(yù)提回轉(zhuǎn)管理等功能。第三,實(shí)現(xiàn)了易飛ERP系統(tǒng)中會(huì)計(jì)總賬子系統(tǒng),本文通過(guò)會(huì)計(jì)總賬子系統(tǒng)各個(gè)功能模塊實(shí)現(xiàn)的界面圖對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)部分做了簡(jiǎn)要介紹,通過(guò)對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行測(cè)試,得出本文所設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)的會(huì)計(jì)總賬子系統(tǒng)性能上與功能上能夠滿足寧波雙海機(jī)械制造有限公司的財(cái)務(wù)管理需求。
[Abstract]:In recent years, computer technology and information technology are booming, and have been integrated into our living environment, convenient for all aspects of our. With the development of global trade, the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more fierce. In order to stand out in the competition of globalization, enterprise management is a problem that can not be ignored. Efficient management can effectively utilize enterprise resources, optimize their resource allocation, and enable them to develop rapidly. The times are constantly advancing, these advanced technologies gradually affect our study and life style. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is a kind of modern enterprise management model, which can integrate information technology into enterprise management. The accounting general ledger management system in ERP system plays an important role. Through this system, managers can make detailed statistics and analysis on the financial situation of enterprises, so that they can make better decisions and greatly improve the efficiency of enterprise financial management. At present, the development of information management system is not simply based on technology. In terms of function, the information management system should be designed according to the specific requirements of the enterprise, but also meet the requirements of systematization, integration and intelligence, and meet the requirements of high efficiency, security, availability and reliability in performance. The combination of these advanced science and technology and management methods is a necessary condition to realize information management. And the construction of management system also drives the progress of computer technology and information technology to a certain extent. Nowadays, the competition among enterprises is very fierce, so it is necessary to have higher requirements on their management ability, and make the management process and management mode more standardized. Today, the enterprise management gradually toward standardization, integration, intelligent direction forward. Technical problems are not the most important content for enterprises to develop to the direction of information management. Compared with technology, management thought and mode are the key. Therefore, the establishment of information management system needs to fully consider the business patterns of enterprises, and reflect the coordination work of various departments in the system. Based on the characteristics of Ningbo Shuanghai Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd, and according to its management requirements, this paper designs and implements the accounting general ledger subsystem in the ERP system of Yi Fei. My work mainly has three aspects: first, according to the demand analysis of the project to design the whole Effie ERP system, the system includes the accounting general ledger subsystem, the automatic entry subsystem, the fixed assets subsystem, the sales management subsystem, the system includes the accounting general ledger subsystem, the automatic entry subsystem, the fixed assets subsystem, the sales management subsystem, Inventory management subsystem, work order / outside subsystem, purchasing management subsystem, process management subsystem and batch demand planning subsystem. Secondly, it designs the accounting general ledger subsystem in Effi ERP system in detail. In the system, it designs basic information management, voucher processing management, accounting monthly closing management, financial statement management, accounting project management, financial budget management. Cost center management, exchange profit and loss management, as well as management functions such as advance return management. Thirdly, the accounting general ledger subsystem in Effie ERP system is realized. This paper briefly introduces the realization part through the interface diagram of each function module of the accounting general ledger subsystem, and tests the system. It is concluded that the accounting general ledger subsystem designed and implemented in this paper can meet the financial management needs of Ningbo Shuanghai Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd in terms of performance and function.
