煙臺棲霞雙峰公司超細粉技改擴能項目投資風險研究
[Abstract]:In this paper, the background and significance of this study are first expounded. Based on the analysis of the current research situation at home and abroad, the specific scheme of this study is established, including the research objectives, research contents, research methods, and the technical route of this study. It is hoped that the feasibility of the super fine powder technical transformation and expansion project of Shuangfeng Company and the reasonable control of the risk can be obtained through this study to ensure the smooth implementation of the project. According to the basic theory of risk management combined with the expansion project of super fine powder technology of Shuangfeng Company, the third part of this paper introduces the construction background and condition of the project in detail. According to the above research and elaboration, the fourth part of this paper studies the content of risk identification of the project, including the selection of risk identification methods, and the investment planning stage of the super-fine powder technical transformation and capacity expansion project. The risk factors of the project construction stage and the project operation stage are analyzed, and the main risks are analyzed from the aspects of technical risk, market risk, environmental risk, economic risk and management risk. The fifth part of this paper is mainly from the qualitative and quantitative aspects of the super-fine powder expansion project of the venture capital evaluation analysis, select the appropriate evaluation method and establish an evaluation system. Through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, it is concluded that the project belongs to moderate risk, and risk management should be strengthened, and the evaluation of investment risk result is put forward. In the sixth part of this paper, the investment risk control of bimodal ultrafine powder expansion project is studied, and the methods of risk control are put forward, including risk prevention, risk aversion, risk transfer and risk control. In addition, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward for different types of risks. Finally, I summarize the research results, and put forward some reflections and prospects according to the problems encountered in the course of the research and the estimation of the future market. Through the research of this subject, we hope to find out the advantages of the enterprise, and find the key to the effective advancement of the project, in order to give full play to the role of enterprise resources and play its own advantage. Therefore, this paper provides some feasible measures for the operation of the project, hoping that as the guidance of the company for the future development planning, the technical transformation and capacity expansion project of the company can be completed as soon as possible, and the company can put into production as soon as possible. For the company to achieve due benefits, promote the company's continuous development and progress.
