【摘要】:汽油機(jī)電噴系統(tǒng)(GEEFIS)研發(fā)項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)日益增多,國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè)對(duì)GEEFIS研發(fā)項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理與控制尚未重視,雖然也采取了一些風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理措施,但大部分不適應(yīng)企業(yè)實(shí)際需要,收效甚微。國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè)只有建立MSF風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制模型,不斷地改進(jìn)實(shí)施的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理過程,才能保證GEEFIS研發(fā)項(xiàng)目一直處于最優(yōu)的安全防護(hù)之下。本文在國(guó)內(nèi)外許多研發(fā)項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理與控制理論的基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)GEEFIS研發(fā)項(xiàng)目,提出了基于MSF模型的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制結(jié)構(gòu)和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)計(jì)劃、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)跟蹤、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)庫(kù)六個(gè)模塊的基本內(nèi)容和技術(shù)方法。MSF模型利用各模塊的活動(dòng)和相互的聯(lián)系,來對(duì)GEEFIS研發(fā)項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)給予及時(shí)處理,并為以后的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制提供建議和改進(jìn)措施。提出了使用MSF模型進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的具體過程以及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)規(guī)劃、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)處理和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)監(jiān)控五個(gè)階段設(shè)計(jì)的目標(biāo)和主要活動(dòng)。針對(duì)科森公司的GEEFIS研發(fā)項(xiàng)目實(shí)際情況,本文提出了國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè)通過前期準(zhǔn)備,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別模塊構(gòu)建、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析模塊構(gòu)建、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)計(jì)劃模塊構(gòu)建、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)追蹤模塊構(gòu)建、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制模塊構(gòu)建和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)知識(shí)庫(kù)模塊構(gòu)建的過程來在GEEFIS研發(fā)項(xiàng)目中進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制的具體實(shí)施過程、效果和對(duì)策。為汽油機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)實(shí)施MSF風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制模型提供了具體方案,對(duì)如何實(shí)施GEEFIS研發(fā)項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理與控制提供一個(gè)明確的可操作的指導(dǎo)。本文的研究,對(duì)于GEEFIS研發(fā)企業(yè)了解風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理過程和MSF風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制模型,以及使用MSF模型進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制均具有重要的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The risk of the research and development project of gasoline engine Electronic injection system (GEEFIS) is increasing day by day. The risk management and control of the GEEFIS R & D project have not been paid much attention to in domestic enterprises. Although some risk management measures have been taken, most of them do not meet the actual needs of the enterprise and have little effect. Only by establishing MSF risk control model and continuously improving the risk management process can domestic enterprises ensure that GEEFIS R & D project is always under optimal security protection. Based on the risk management and control theory of many R & D projects at home and abroad, this paper puts forward the risk control structure and risk identification, risk analysis, risk planning, risk tracking based on MSF model for GEEFIS R & D projects. The basic contents and technical methods of six modules of risk control and risk base. MSF model utilizes the activities and interrelation of each module to deal with the risk of GEEFIS R & D project in time and provides suggestions and improvement measures for future risk control. The specific process of risk management using MSF model and the design objectives and main activities of risk planning, risk identification, risk evaluation, risk treatment and risk monitoring are presented. In view of the actual situation of GeEFIS R & D project of Corsen Company, this paper puts forward the domestic enterprises through the pre-preparation, risk identification module construction, risk analysis module construction, risk planning module construction, risk tracking module construction, The process of constructing risk control module and risk knowledge base module to carry out the concrete process, effect and countermeasure of risk control in GEEFIS R & D project. It provides a concrete scheme for the implementation of MSF risk control model in gasoline engine design enterprises, and provides a clear and operable guidance on how to implement the risk management and control of GEEFIS R & D project. The research in this paper has important reference value for GEEFIS R & D enterprises to understand the risk management process, MSF risk control model, and use MSF model for risk control.
